Discussion On "Yin Huo Theory" To Treat Thirst Of Spleen Deficiency With Heat Based On The Prescr Iption Law Of Modern Medical Literature

ObjectiveThrough collecting and sorting out the modern medical literature based on the theory of "Yin Fire" to guide the treatment of diseases,summarizing the diseases caused by Yin Fire,analyzing the commonly used Chinese medicine,drug pairing,and the law of commonly used prescriptions for the clinical treatment of diseases caused by Yin Fire,refining the experience and clinical thinking in the treatment of diseases in the narrow sense of "Yin Fire theory",and analyzing the mechanism of the treatment of spleen deficiency with heat to quench thirst from "Yin Fire" Enriching and perfecting the theory of treating diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsFrom June 2009 to October 2019,105 prescriptions of Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese biomedical literature service system(CBM),VIP and Wanfang Data resource system were collected to guide the treatment of diseases based on the theory of "Yin Fire".The database of traditional Chinese medicine was established by using Excel 2010 software,SPSS 22.0 software and IBM SPSS modeler 18.0 software,Apriori algorithm,frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis and result derivation of drug use rules based on "Yin Fire”theory to treat diseases,mining prescription rules for Yin Fire diseases,and analyzing clinical methods based on Yin Fire theory to treat thirst.ResultsAccording to the statistics and analysis of disease types,syndrome types,treatment methods and prescriptions in the literature,39 kinds of modern disease names are involved,105 prescriptions and 224 traditional Chinese medicines are included.1.In 105 prescriptions,there are 39 modern disease diagnoses,27 types of syndrome differentiation and 29 principles of treatment.Among them,Qi deficiency syndrome has the most times,30 times in total,accounting for 28.30%of the total prescriptions,followed by Yang deficiency syndrome,28 times in total,accounting for 26.42%,spleen deficiency syndrome,24 times in total,accounting for 22.64%,and deficiency fire syndrome 23 times,accounting for 21.70%.The least syndrome types are Yin Fire subsidence syndrome,blood cold syndrome,cold heat syndrome,phlegm heat syndrome,lung deficiency syndrome,liver fire syndrome and lung heat syndrome,each once,accounting for 0.94%.There are 29 therapeutic methods in TCM,among which the proportion of them is from high to the bottom as spleen strengthening(17.92%),qi benefiting(11.32%),fire reducing Yin(10.38%),heat clearing(8.49%),liver relaxing,blood nourishing and Yin nourishing(4.72%).2.There are 18 types of traditional Chinese medicine and 1312 times of medication frequency.The frequency of traditional Chinese medicine is from deficiency tonic,heat clearing,surface resolving,water promoting,blood activating,Qi regulating,phlegm resolving,cough relieving,asthma relieving,dampness resolving,warming,wind dampness eliminating,food eliminating,astringent,tranquilizing,liver calming,hemostatic,resuscitation,insect repellent.3.In the aspect of four Qi,there are 76 kinds of cold drugs,the frequency is 33.39%,81 kinds of warm drugs,the frequency is 36.16%,44 kinds of plain drugs,the frequency is 19.64%,and at least 8 kinds of hot drugs,only 3.57%.In the statistics of five flavors,the frequency distribution of five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine from high to low is in the order of bitter(106 kinds),sweet(93 kinds),pungent(90 kinds),salty(22 kinds),sour(19 kinds),astringent(14 kinds).The correlation of bitter,sweet and pungent is the largest by the analysis of five flavors network diagram.The highest frequency of meridian tropism of traditional Chinese medicine is liver meridian,there are 114 kinds,as high as 50.89%,followed by lung,spleen,kidney,heart,all of which are more than 50 kinds,and the meridian tropism is mainly five zang organs.The network diagram of meridians indicated that stomach lung heart.4.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the frequency of 18 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions based on the theory of "Yin Fire".High frequency drug combination and association rule analysis were carried out for the prescription drugs.The drugs with high correlation included bupleurum,angelica,Cimicifuga,dangshen,Coptis,astragalus,Scutellaria,tangerine peel,Poria cocos,Qiang Huo,white peony,Atractylodes macrocephala and liquorice(roasted liquorice).5.The order of using frequency of tonic drugs is:tonic drugs,tonic drugs,tonic drugs,tonic drugs,tonic drugs,including 13 kinds of tonic drugs,using frequency is 274 times,the frequency is 65.87%.6.The total use frequency of antipyretic drugs was 192 times,among which the use frequency of antipyretic drugs,antipyretic drugs,antipyretic drugs,antipyretic drugs and antipyretic drugs were 49.48%,20.31%,14.06%,12.50%and 3.65%respectively.Heat clearing drugs were distributed in liver,lung,heart,stomach,large intestine,kidney and bile channels,and the frequency of liver channel was 19.28%.7.According to the statistical results of drug use frequency,31 high-frequency drugs(frequency 11)The unsupervised complex system entropy cluster analysis was carried out to measure and select the Euclidean distance square.The final high-frequency drug cluster was as follows:class Ⅰ:Roasted licorice;class Ⅱ:bupleurum,cohosh,angelica and astragalus;class Ⅲ:Atractylodes macrocephala and poria cocos;class Ⅳ:licorice;class Ⅴ:Scutellaria and coptis;class Ⅵ:dangshen,Chenpi and Pinellia;class Ⅶ:white peony;class Ⅷ:Phellodendron;class Ⅸ:Atractylodes;class X:Aconite,cinnamon,dried ginger,Amomum villosum;Xi:Radix Puerariae,Radix Pseudostellariae,Radix Ophiopogonis,Schisandra,Anemarrhena,raw Rehmannia;Xi:ginseng,Alisma orientalis,Fangfeng,Qiang Huo,Duhuo.Based on the complex system entropy cluster analysis,two new prescriptions for the treatment of Yin Fire diseases were obtained in this data study:① baked licorice,bupleurum,Atractylodes macrocephala,Scutellaria,dangshen,peony,phellodendron,Atractylodes,aconite,Pueraria,ginseng;②cohosh,Poria cocos,Coptis,Chenpi,cinnamon,pseudoginseng,Alisma.ConclusionThe theory of "Yin Fire" in narrow sense can explain the etiology and pathogenesis of spleen deficiency with heat type diabetes.For the treatment of spleen deficiency with heat type diabetes,we can refer to the law extracted from modern medical literature of "Yin Fire" for treatment.The theory of "Yin Fire" takes deficiency of spleen and Stomach Qi as an important pathogenesis.In the four aspects of drugs,the prescription four aspects are mainly peaceful.Qingxieyin gunpowder is mainly used for clearing away heat and drying dampness.There is no obvious concentration in meridian tropism of Qingre.Its selection should be combined with the symptoms of Yin fire.Drugs with the functions of promoting water and dampness,resolving phlegm and Qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are also important parts of the prescription of Yin Fire theory guiding the treatment of diseases.Based on the theory of "Yin Fire" to guide the treatment of modern medical literature prescription rules of data mining,the new prescription can provide a new idea for the treatment of spleen deficiency with heat type diabetes.
