| Aims:To explore the correlation between ENLR,MNM,PNM/L and TG/HDL-c and the diagnosis of endometrial cancer, and to provide experimental basis for the prediction of potential indicators of endometrial cancer occurrence and development. Methods:From January 1,2010 to December 30,2019,196 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma and 100 cases of endometrial polyps were confirmed by pathological results after surgical treatment in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital.Another 100 women with normal physical examination of the same age period were selected as the control group. The endometrial cancer group was divided into Korean and Chinese groups.General data of the experimental group and the control group were recorded, including nationality, age, previous medical history and medication history of related diseases, preoperative blood routine examination of neutrophil(N),lymphocyte(L),platelet(P),monocyte leucocyte,(M),the absolute value count of eosinophilic granulocyte(E)and triglyceride(TG)and high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-c)in blood lipid test. The proportion parameters were as follows:eosinophil*neutrophil-to-lymphocytes ratio,ENLR;multiplication of eutrophil and monocyte,MNM;the sum total counts of platelets, neutrophils and monocytes divided by the lymphocyte count,PNM/L;triglyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio,TG/HDL-c;To analyze the application value of inflammatory parameters and blood lipid in diagnosis and pathological characteristics of endometrial carcinoma.Results:1.The differences of ENLR,MNM,PNM/L and TG/HDL-c among endometrial carcinoma group, endometrial polyp group and normal group were statistically significant(P<0.05).ENLR,MNM,TG/HDL-c in endometrial carcinoma group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups.2.In endometrial carcinoma group, the above indexes showed no statistical difference between north Korea and Han nationality(P>0.05).3.In the endometrial cancer group,ENLR of patients in stage II was higher than that in stage I,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).MNMăPNM/L and TG/HDL-c had no statistical significance in different pathological stages of endometrial carcinoma(P>0.05).4.The age of low-differentiated group is higher than that of high-differentiated group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).5.ROC curve analysis of ENLR,MNM,PNM/L,TG/HDL-c in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer shows that ENLR sensitivity is 46.5%,specificity is 71.7%,AUC is 0.604,95%CI:0.542-0.667(P<0.05).AUC of MNM is 0.615,95%CI:0.552-0.677,sensitivity 46.5%,specificity 73.5%(P<0.05).The AUC of TG/HDL-c in endometrial carcinoma is 0.663,95%CI:0.600-0.726,sensitivity 62.9%,specificity 64.6%(P<0.05).AUC of PNM/L is 0.598,95%CI:0.536-0.659,sensitivity 35.7%,specificity 84.1%(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.ENLR,MNM,PNM/L and TG/HDL-c have certain clinical value in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.2.ENLR can be used as potential indicators to evaluate pathological staging of endometrial carcinoma.3.There is an inevitable connection between the age of onset and the pathological differentiation level of endometrial carcinoma. |
