The Clinical Significance Of Inflammatory Makers In Diagnosis Of Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective:To analyze clinical significance of preoperative inflammatory markers including neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),monocyte to lymphocyte ratio(MLR),albumin(ALB)and red cell distribution width(RDW)in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:Collected 228 cases of endometrial cancer patients who received surgical treatment in the affiliated hospital of Yanbian university from October 2010 to October 2018and 157 cases of endometrial polyps3100 healthy women who underwent physical examination in the affiliated hospital of Yanbian university during the same period were selected as the healthygroup.The endometrial cancer patients were divided into Korean and Chinese groups.The results of peripheral blood NLR,MLR,ALB and RDW of each group and the two different national groups were compared and analyzed.The relationship between the endometrial pathological staging,degree of differentiation,whether involving the muscular infiltration,whether involving the cervix,and presence of lymph node metastasis of endometrial cancer and the above indicators was analyzed.Kruskal-Wallis test was used for significance test among the three groups,and Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison between the two groups.ROC curve analysis was used to analyze the truncation value,sensitivity and specificity of NLR in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer.Result:1.Among 228 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma,193 cases were in the clinicopathological stage I,12 cases in the stage ?,18 cases in the stage ?,and 5 cases in the stage ?.2.Compared with the endometrial cancer group,endometrial polyp group and the normal control group,ALB,N and NLR were statistically different(P<0.01),while other indicators were not statistically different(P>0.01).3.There were statistically significant differences in N and NLR between the two different national groups(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences in other indicators(P>0.05).4.There were statistically significant differences in N and NLR in the pathological staging of endometrial cancer(P<0.05),and no statistically significant differences in other indicators(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in pathological staging,degree of differentiation,whether involving the muscular infiltration,whether involving the cervix,and presence of lymph node metastasis group(P>0.05).5.ROC curve analysis results showed that the truncation value of NLR for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer was 1.391,the sensitivity was 0.720,and the specificity was 0.600.Conclusion:1.Preoperative NLR has diagnostic value for endometrial cancer,and NLR is related to the prediction of pathological stages of endometrial cancer.2.Preoperative hypoalbuminemia can be used as a reference in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.
