Objective:By comparing and analyzing the clinical efficacy of the arthroscopic application of Versalok anchor and steel wire fixation in the treatment of type Ⅱ andⅢ tibial intercondylar eminence fractures,it provides a reference for the clinical application of Versalok anchor in tibial intercondylar eminence fractures. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 25 patients with type Ⅱ and type Ⅲtibial intercondylar eminence fractures(Meyers-Mckeever-Zaricznyj type)admitted to the Department of Bone and Joint Surgery,Yanbian University Hospital from March 2015 to March 2019 Group, including 14 patients treated with Versalok anchor(Versalok anchor group)and 11 patients treated with steel wire(wire group). All patients were followed up for at least 12 months.Collect the general data and operation time of the two groups and use the Lysholm score and IKDC subjective knee score to score and record the knee function of the two groups before and after the operation. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared through the differences in general data and operation time between the two groups and the differences in Lysholm score and IKDC subjective knee score between the two groups before and after operation.Results:1.After each postoperative review, the Lachman test and the pivot shift test of both groups were negative. The general data of the two groups of patients were compared, including the gender, age, injury factors, joint injury side and fracture classification between the two groups of patients. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The average operation time of the Versalok anchor was group(53.14±5.71)minutes and the average operation time of the steel wire group was(69.18±8.57)minutes.The operation time of the two groups was significantly different by t-test(P<0.05).3.The Lysholm scores of the Versalok anchor group before operation, the third month after operation, and the twelfth month after operation were(40.07±9.65)points,(63.79±6.66)points,(94.00±2.39)points.There was a significant difference between the score at the third month after operation and the preoperative score by t-test(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the score at the twelfth month after operation and the score at the third month after operation by t-test(P<0.05).4.The Lysholm scores of the steel wire group before operation, the third month after operation, and the twelfth month after operation were(42.18±9.97)points,(63.73±8.68)points and(92.64±3.38)points.There was a significant difference betwen the score at the third month after operation and the preoperative score by t-test(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the score at the twelfth month after operation and the score at the third month after operation by t-test(P<0.05).5.There was no significant difference in the Lysholm scores between the Versalok anchor group and the steel wire group before operation, the third month after operation, and the twelfth month after operation by t-test(P>0.05).6.The IKDC subjective knee scores of the Versalok group before operation, the third month after operation, and the twelfth month after operation were(44.60±5.25)points,(56.44±4.75)points and(90.83±5.25)points.There was a significant difference between the score at the third month after operation and the preoperative score by t-test(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the score at the twelfth month after operation and the score at the third month after operation by t-test(P<0.05).7.The IKDC subjective knee scores of steel wire group before operation, the third month after operation, and the twelfth month after operation were(44.84±5.74)points,(56.41 ±5.29)points,and(90.78±5.70)points,respectively.There was a significant difference between the scores at the third month after operation and the preoperative score by t-test(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the score at the twelfth month after operation and the score at the third month after operation by t-test(P<0.05).8.The IKDC subjective knee scores between Versalok anchor group and steel wire group before operation, the third month after operation, and the twelfth month after operation showed no significant difference between the scores by t-test(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Treatment of type Ⅱ and Ⅲ tibial intercondylar eminence fractures with Versalok anchors under arthroscopy can achieve the same satisfactory clinical efficacy as the steel wire after operation, and can achieve the effect of stabilizing and fixing the fracture block,so that the patients can perform early rehabilitation training.2.Versalok anchor fixation under arthroscopy has the advantages of simple operation and time saving compared with steel wire fixation, and the internal plant does not need to be removed by secondary surgery.3.The cost of using Versalok anchors is relatively high, and it needs to be treated with reasonable internal fixation according to the specific economic situation of the patient.
