Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of two kinds of internal fixation methods for the treatment of tibial intercondylar eminence fractures under the arthroscopeMethods:On August 2012-2015 December in Jiyang County Hospital Department of orthopedics treated 50 patients with tibial intercondylar eminence fracture patients with diagnostic criteria were treated by arthroscopic bone and soft tissue with steel two kinds of internal fixation methods, and summarized.Among them,18 cases were female, and the other was male, and the age of the patients was from the age of 9 to the age of 45 years. The left knee joint was found in 22 cases, the right knee joint was found in 28 cases, and the proximal tibial epiphysis was not closed in 10 cases.Among them,20 cases were fixed in the bone graft group, and the other in the soft tissue fixation group(n = 30).Before and after surgery were treated with Lysholm knee score were used, and underwent knee joint anteroposterior and lateral X to clarify the type of the fracture to determine the fracture reduction and healing situation, according to the Lysholm evaluation score and imaging data and the clinical curative effect of bone and soft tissue, two internal fixation therapy.Result1 in this study,50 patients with tibial intercondylar eminence fractures were followed up in the Department of orthopedics outpatient review,follow-up time of about 6-12 months, with an average of about 9 months. At 3 months after surgery, the X-ray radiographs of the knee joint were examined. The results showed that the fracture line was blurred and the callus was found to be broken. At the end of 6 months after surgery, the results showed that the fractures were completely healed,no malunion,no obvious fracture line,no signs of intercondylar fossa impingement. At 6 months after operation, the patients were reviewed, and the stability of knee joint, anterior drawer test and Lachman test were negative. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2 In the two groups in the operation time, tourniquet time, hospitalization time, the operation time, tourniquet application time, hospitalization time of the two groups had no difference()(P>0.05).3 There was no significant difference in preoperative Lysholm score between the two groups, and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after the operation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the Lysholm score between the two groups(P>0.05).4 In the bone canal group, excellent in 14 cases, good in 4 cases, can be in the case of the soft tissue in the group of 20 cases, good in 6 cases, can be in 4 cases, the excellent rate of the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5 Comparison of postoperative complications observation of postoperative complications in 50 patients: postoperative outpatient review, surgical incision healing were 1 / A,postoperative patients were 1 months,3 months,6 months,9 months,12 months to several outpatient review showed no deep venous thrombosis, infection, joint ankylosis, traumatic arthritis and other complications. Conclusion: arthroscopic bone and soft tissue with two kinds of internal fixation methods in the treatment of two groups of surgical effect of tibial intercondylar eminence fracture of the spine was not statistically significant, postoperative knee stability, good activity, with a feeling of satisfaction. Two kinds of surgical treatment of tibial intercondylar eminence fracture has a good therapeutic effect. The fixed method of soft tissue especially suitable for patients with unclosed epiphysis.
