| ObjectiveObserve and record the clinical treatment effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with acupuncture on dysphagia after stroke, explore its mechanism, and provide effective and easy treatment for dysphagia after stroke.MethodA total of 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into electrical stimulation group, acupuncture group and combination group. In the course of the study,10 cases were dropped, and a total of 110 cases were completed.37 cases in the electrical stimulation group,36 cases in the acupuncture group, and 37 cases in the combination group group. The electrical stimulation group was treated with neuromyoelectric stimulation, once a day,10 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 course of treatment. The acupuncture group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture, once a day.The treatment course and cycle were the same as the electrical stimulation group. The combination group performed both neuromyoelectric stimulation and acupuncture once a day.The treatment course and cycle were the same as those of the electrical stimulation group and acupuncture group.Statistic and record the three groups’ swallowing ability assessment scale, standardized swallowing assessment(SSA),albumin(ALB),and surface electromyography(s EMG),before and after treatment,WHO Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF).Using SPSS 23.0 for statistical analysis of the data, comparing the differences in efficacy of the three methods.Results1.The swallowing ability assessment scale,SSA,ALB,s EMG,and WHOQOL-BREF of three groups before treatment were statistically analyzed, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.The three groups of treatments were compared before and after treatment in each group.Statistical analysis of each showed significant differences(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the treatment results were compared in pairs: there was a significant difference between the combination group and the electrical stimulation group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the combination group and acupuncture group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the electrical stimulation group and the acupuncture group(P>0.05).4.Comparison of the efficacy of the three groups after treatment: After treatment, the total effective rate in the electrical stimulation group was 64.9%,the acupuncture group was 72.7%,and the combination group was 89.2%.Conclusion1.Neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment, acupuncture treatment, and combination group are all effective for swallowing disorders after stroke.2.Neuromuscular electrical stimulation has the same efficacy as traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture.3.The combination group treatment significantly reduce the swallowing disorder of the patients, and the effect is significant, and the treatment effect is better than neuromuscular electrical stimulation,so is acupuncture only.It is effective, and is worthy of clinical popularization. |
