Tongue Three-needle Combined With Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation Treat Dysphagia After Stroke: A Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the Tongue Three-needle Combined with Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation on the clinical efficacy of dysphagia after stroke and to explore its mechanism, provide an objective basis for standardized treatment for dysphagia after stroke.Methods:70 patients met the inclusion criteria for the study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. During the study, excluding 6 cases,2 cases of loss, completed a total of 62 cases, the treatment group of 32 patients, the control group of 30 patients. Treat group upward Tongue Three-needle Combined with Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation,1 day,10 times a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment; control group on the basis of uplink Rehabilitation Treat,2 times a day, medications and Treat cycles with the group. The two groups before the first Treat after the last Treat and after using the evaluation method Kubota Swallowing Ability Assessmen, Standard Swallowing Function Assessment Scale (SSA) and Swallowing-Related Quality of Life (SWAL-QOL) score using SPSS20.0 software statistical analysis, comparison between the two therapies.Results:1. Before treatment Kubota Swallowing Ability Assessmen, Standard Swallowing Function Assessment Scale (SSA) and Swallowing-Related Quality of Life (SWAL-QOL) score, the statistical analysis, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).2. After treatment Kubota Swallowing Ability Assessmen, Standard Swallowing Function Assessment Scale (SSA) and Swallowing-Related Quality of Life (SWAL-QOL) score, the statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of comparison:the total efficiency of 87.50% in treatment group, the control group, the total efficiency of 73.33%, total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher, compared to the two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The two methods are effective Treat, tongue three-needle combined with VitalStim electrical stimulation effective than rehabilitation.2. The TongueThree-needle Combined with VitalStim Electrical Stimulation effect is good, worthy of universal application.
