The Clinical And Experimental Study On Treatment Of Endometriosis Endometrial Receptivity With Luoshi Neiyifang

【Objective】:To set up endometriosis model in rats.Explore the role of Luoshi Neiyifang on integrin-a vβ3 expression of endometrium,and observe the clinical value and the pregnancy of Luoshi NeiYifang on patients after laparoscopic.To analyze deep mechanism in the treatment of Luoshi NeiYifang on endometriosis,and provide the scientific theoretical basis and new ideas for development of new drugs.【Methods】:Experimental study:Self-endometrium transplantation by surgical method was used to develop rats models of endometriosis.80 mature female SD rats of 60-day-old were randomly divided into different parties within the Luoshi Neiyifang Groups,danazol groups,model group,control group.Observing the integrin- a vβ3 expression changes on eutopic endometrial and endometriotic,and testing Estrogen(E₂) and progesterone(p) to analyze the correlation between E₂,P and the integrin-a vβ3.Clinical study:The 30 cases confirmed by laparoscopy in patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into different parties within the Luoshi Neiyifang Group and the Nemestran group,15 cases in each group.After treatment,Comparing the difference of two groups on the clinical symptom,sign,pregnancy and the luteal phase estrogen and progesterone levels.【Results】:Experimental study:1.the Luoshi Neiyifang and danazol can inhibit ectopic endometrial growth in endometriosis rats.2.There was no significant difference each group on the integrin- a vβ3 between eutopic endometrial and endometriotic(P>0.05).3.On levels of the estrogen and progesterone,the difference on progesterone between Luoshi Neiyifang group and danazol group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05).4.Estrogen level shew positive correlation with the expression of peritoneal ectopic endometrial integin-αvβ3,but with ovarian ectopic endometrial integin-αvβ3 was negatively correlated,with the eutopic endometrial integrin-αvβ3 was no obvious corresponding ratio relationship.Progesterone level shew negative correlation with the expression of peritoneal ectopic endometrial integin-αvβ3,but with ovarian ectopic endometrial integin-αvβ3 and the eutopic endometrial integrin-avβ3 was positively correlated.Clinical study:1.Luoshi Neiyifang and nemestran can improve the situation in patients with dysmenorrhea and irregular menstruation,and prevent the recurrence of disease after laparoscopy,there was no significant difference between the two group(P＞0.05).2.Luoshi Neiyifang does not affect ovarian function and menstruation in patients,no significant adverse reactions and helps patients become pregnant as soon as possible after laparoscopy.【Conclusion】:The Luoshi Neiyifang has better effect on treatment of pelvic endometriosis,does not affect ovarian function in patients,no significant adverse reactions and helps patients become pregnant as soon as possible.The Luoshi Neiyifang can promote conception by reducing adhesion of inflammation, no affecting the power of the growth of endometrial tissue,elevating levels of progesterone.
