| Objective:Observe the effect of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on liver qi stagnation type of breast cancer related depression,and provide more methods for the treatment of breast cancer related depression.Method:All the cases were breast cancer patients who were outpatient and hospitalized in the oncology department of the affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2017 to November2018.Ninety eligible patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(comprehensive treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine)and the control group(fluoxetine hydrochloride group).They were treated respectively,four weeks was one course of treatment,and evaluate the changes of each index after two courses of treatment.Result:1.The total effective rate was 37.78% in the experimental gr-o up and 28.89% in the control group after treatment,and the difference wa s statistically significant.2.SDS scores of the two groups after treatmen t were significantly lower than before treatment.3.The total points of T CM syndromes in both groups were decreased after treatment,which hadsigni ficant effect.The experimental group was lower than the control gr-oup,an d the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,thescoresof each single TCM syndrome in the experimental group were all signific antly increased,while those in the control group were signific-antly inc reased,including depression,crying,excessive breath,insomnia,dreaminess and belching.The scores of crying,excessive breath and belc-hing in th e experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and t he differences were statistically significant.4.The experim-ental group w as significantly improved in physical function,emotional function,cogni tive function,the quality of life score,pain,nausea,vomi-ting,dyspnea,insomnia,loss of appetite,constipation and diarrhea,the control group wa s significantly improved in emotional function,cognitivefunction,the qua lity of life score,insomnia and constipation.In the emotional field an d quality of life scores,the experimental group was higher than the con trol group,and the difference was statistically sign-ificant.5.After tr eatment,the serum CD3+ and CD4+ in the experimental group were significan tly increased,and the serum CD4+ in the control gr-oup was significantly increased.Conclusion:Both comprehensive treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can improve the depression of breast cancer patients,improve their quality of life and enhance the immune function of body,but the effect of comprehensive treatment with traditional Chinese medicine is better than that of western medicine. |
