| Objective:Analyze the different effects of active-active exercise under the guidance of TCM and the theory of stress-free exercise on the rehabilitation of elbow joint function after humeral intercondylar fracture,and according to this clinical study for better treatment of humerus Provide a reference for the reduction of elbow joint function during the intercondylar fracture.Methods:52 patients with humeral intercondylar fractures who underwent orthopedic treatment in the Department of Orthopaedics,Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the admission order:treatment group and control group,each group 26 example.All patients underwent simple brace to brake the affected limb before surgery,use blood-activating and swelling drugs,and adequately protect soft tissue during operation.After the operation,the treatment group followed the theory of "emphasis on both sinews and bones",and performed active-passive function rehabilitation exercises;the control group underwent active functional exercise under the principle of painlessness.In the two groups,the wounds healed well in the two weeks after the operation,and the Chinese medicine Huoxue Zhitong Fumigation Lotion(Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital)was used for fumigation after three days of suture removal.The patient’s pain sensation was scored using the VAS scoring criteria;the functional activity of the patient was assessed using the Jupiter scoring criteria;the Mayo elbow performance score(MEPS)was used to assess the recovery of elbow function.This scoring system was widely used.In the evaluation of the efficacy of fractures around the elbow.The clinical efficacy of the two rehabilitation exercises was analyzed by studying the two groups of patients under the guidance of the theory of "emphasis on both sinews and bones".Results:1.In terms of MEPS,the overall recovery of elbow function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);2.In the MEPS motor arc score,at the 3rd,6th,and 12th postoperative period,the motor arc score and the number of motion arcs in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that at this stage.The effect of the treatment group began to appear.3.The VAS pain scores at the 1st,3rd,and 6th months after the follow-up of the treatment group and the control group were compared.It can be considered that the recovery of elbow function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.At the last follow-up,the excellent rate of MEPS was 84.62%in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(61.54%).It was found that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the ulnar olecranon osteotomy,open reduction and double plate internal fixation plus postoperative Chinese medicine fumigation and washing for the treatment of humeral intercondylar fractures,under the guidance of the theory of"emphasis on both sinews and bones",early functional rehabilitation exercises can promote the elbow joint function.Recovery,effective improvement of patients’ quality of life,clinical treatment effect is worthy of recognition. |
