Objective: To compare and analyze the difference in the therapeutic effect of percutaneous intervertebral foramen(BEIS technique)and traditional interlaminar fenestration for young patients with lumbar disc herniation based on the traditional concept of "emphasis on both sinews and bones".Methods: Sixty-six patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our department of orthopedics from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. The BEIS group was grouped according to a 1:1 ratio The technique is represented by the FD(fenestration discectomy)group, with 30 people in each group. The surgical related indicators were recorded: the operation time, bed time, blood loss, length of the knife edge, the amount of nucleus pulposus removal, and recurrence were recorded during and after surgery.Surgical efficacy evaluation index: visual analogue pain score(VAS,total score 10 points)was assessed before and 1 month,3 months, and 6 months after surgery.ODI dysfunction index scores were assessed before and 6 months after surgery. The final follow-up was based on a modified Mac Nab standard score.Result:1.urgery-related indicators: intraoperative, postoperative recording of patient operation time, bed time, surgical blood loss, length of the knife, nucleus pulposus removal, recurrence,p <0.05,the difference was statistically significant2.Surgical efficacy indicators:2.1 VAS score: The preoperative VAS scores of the two groups were compared with those of 1 week,3 months and 6 months after operation,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant. The difference between the two groups was P<0.05.has statistical significane.2.2 ODI dysfunction index: The postoperative ODI dysfunction index of both groups was significantly lower than that of preoperative,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The comparison of ODI dysfunction index between preoperative and postoperative groups was P<0.05.There are differences Statistical significance2.3 Modified Mac Nab standard score: The excellent and good rate of the intervertebral foramen group was 83.3%,and the excellent and good rate of the open window group between the lamina was 90.0%.Conclusion:(1)The theory of stress-reducing bones is connected with the concept of contemporary minimally invasiveness. Its core concept is still instructive with the times. The “bone and bone” of the lumbar spine plays an important role in the balance of the spine, maintaining its integrity and facilitating the stability of the spine to prevent degeneration of the spine..(2)Intervertebral foramen BEIS technology and FD are effective and reliable for the treatment of young and middle-aged LDH.The use of the intervertebral foramen BEIS technology is more advantageous and less invasive in the treatment and rehabilitation.(3)The incisive technique of the BEIS technique is an ingenious surgical approach, which has a great impact on the bone destruction of the spine.Small, for intra-spinal interference, less intraoperative bleeding, appropriate nucleus pulposus, and short bed rest time, can be used as a good choice for the treatment of LDH ladder in young adults.
