Clinical Observation Of Yunpi Prescription Combined With Pediatric Massage In The Treatment Of Constipation Due To Spleen Deficiency And Accumulation

Objctive: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yunpi Recipe combined with pediatric massage in the treatment of constipation of spleen deficiency,summarize the clinical experience of the instructor,and provide effective internal and external treatment for children with spleen deficiency constipation.Methods: Sixty children with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.The treatment group was given Yunpifang combined with pediatric massage treatment.The spleen side was taken once a day,divided into two times,orally;the child was massaged once a day for2 times.The control group was orally administered with a lactulose oral solution(Dumic).The two groups were treated with 7 days as a course of treatment.At the end of 2 courses and 1 week after the end of the course,the symptoms and signs of the two groups were statistically analyzed.result:1.After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 96.7% in the control group.The two groups achieved significant curative effect in the treatment of constipation in children.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The total scores of the main symptom treatment results were compared between the treatment group and the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Among them,the treatment of thesymptoms of dry stool was obvious,and the control group had obvious curative effect.Significance(P<0.05);3.The total scores of the treatment results of secondary symptoms were compared.The difference of the treatment group was obvious.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the treatment group was not thinking about diet,eating after eating,sallow complexion,and white greasy tongue coating.Compared with the control group,it was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the symptoms of body weight loss,pale tongue,fatigue,runny,and muscle weakness(P>0.05).4.The follow-up of the two treatments after 1 week showed that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The onset time of the treatment group was 3.33±0.71 days,and the onset time of the control group was 1.50±0.51 days.The onset time of the treatment group was slower than that of the control group,and the two groups were statistically significant.in conclusion:Yunpifang combined with pediatric massage for the treatment of constipation in children with spleen deficiency is effective,can effectively eliminate the accumulation of stagnation,improve temper,improve the overall symptoms and evaluate the long-term efficacy than the lactulose group,can effectively improve the child Physical constitution,reduced recurrence rate,and no adverse reactions were found.
