| Objective: Systematic evaluation and meta-analysis were used to analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating children with allergic purpura from the perspective of evidence-based medicine.Method: 1.System review : The clinical randomized controlled literature on the treatment of children with allergic purpura published by Chinese medicine in domestic and foreign medical journals from January to January 20 was used as the research object, and the evaluation form was produced and statistically analyzed.2.Meta-analysis: Metaanalysis of the efficacy of the literature in accordance with the inclusion criteria, simple Chinese medicine or integrated Chinese and Western medicine intervention treatment group,Western medicine routine treatment intervention control group, making forest map, funnel chart, software analysis with Revman5.3.Result: 1.System review:Finally,177 articles were included in the literature, with an average sample size of 82 cases, mostly based on single-center,small-sample randomized controlled trials;7 completely randomized methods;33 randomized digital tables;3 single-blind;1 double-blind;55 articles had appropriate follow-up.2.Meta analysis: 44 articles were included in the literature, and the total number of cases was3,487.The scores were Jadad,1case4 points,3cases3 points,39cases2 points.Traditional Chinese medicine therapy has certain advantages in terms of total effective rate compared with western medical method, especially in the skin purpura, digestive tract and joint symptoms.Sensitivity analysis and published bias test results showed that there was a certain bias in the meta-analysis.Conclusion: There is a lack of large-sample,multi-center,double-blind,placebocontrolled clinical randomized controlled trials in the treatment of children with allergic purpura. The quality of the literature is generally low.Compared with traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine therapy improves skin purpura and digestion. There are certain advantages in the symptoms of the tract and joints.Because of the low quality and poor homogeneity of the literatures included in the meta-analysis,there is a high possibility of publication bias. |
