Meta-analysis And Medication Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Children With Simple Allergic Purpura

Purpose:To use the method of Meta-analysis for objectively evaluating the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating children with pure type allergic purpura in China,then using the method of clustering analysis to explore the relevance of TCM in papers.Material and method:To use the relevant searching methods for searching the Randomized Controlled Trial's documents of traditional Chinese medicine in treating children with pure type allergic purpura from the time when database builded to December 2017.The databases is included in China national knowledge internet,Chinese biological medical disc,Vip database and Wanfang digital periodical group,then making screening criteria and selecting qualified research.The Cochrane risk bias assessment manual was used for quality evaluation and meta analysis was performed on the efficacy indicators(total effective rate and recurrence rate).The software of Spss 19.0 is applied to cluster analysis of TCM in the papers.Results:1.165 documents are searched in the Meta-analysis,14 documents and 957 patients are finally included in the study,the total amount of literature is 8.48%.The Cochrane risk assessment bias results indicate that 14 documents are all unclear risk.2.The Traditional Chinese Medicine group compared with regular western medicine treatment group indicates that(1)The total efficiency of the Traditional Chinese Medicine group is better than the total efficiency of the regular western medicine treatment group.OR=4.24,95%CI is(2.41,7.47).(2)The relapse rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine is lower than the recurrence rate of regular western medicine treatment group.OR=0.19,95%CI is(0.10,0.37).3.The group of Traditional Chinese Medicine and regular western medicine compared with the group of regular western medicine treatment indicates that(1)The total efficiency of Traditional Chinese Medicine and regular western medicine group is better than the total efficiency of regular western medicine treatment group.OR=3.24,95%CI is(1.66,6.34),(2)The recurrence rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine and regular western medicine group is lower than the relapse rate of pure regular western medicine treatment group.OR=0.28,95%CI is(0.14,0.54).4.The result of clustering analysis:the higher frequency of the name of TCM in the literature is dried rehmannia root,tree peony bark,radix paeoniae rubra,lithospermum,salvia miltiorrhiza,lalang grass rhizome.The relevance of TCM is dried rehmannia root-tree peony bark-radix paeoniae rubra-lithospermum,honeysuckle-fructus forsythiae,fructus gardeniae-gypsum,rhizoma atractylodis-semen coicis,schizonepeta-saposhnikovia,angelica sinensis-ligusticun wallichii and so on.Conclusion:1.The total efficiency of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine with regular western medicine in the treatment of children with simple allergic purpura is higher than the total efficiency of regular western medicine and the relapse rate is lower.2.To analyze the result of clustering analysis:the TCM involved in the selected literature is mainly composed of removing pathogenic heat and blood stasis from blood,then summarizing some of the associated Chinese midicine.
