| Objective: To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of Yugansanjie Formula combined with cinobufacini injection in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods: 100 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma who met the criteria were enrolled in this study.A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted: 50 patients in the treatment group were treated with Yugansanjie Formula orally combined with cinobufacini injection intravenously;50 patients in the control group were treated with FOLFOX4 regimen chemotherapy.The changes of tumors,TCM syndrome score,physical condition(KPS),QOL score of quality of life,serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and the occurrence of toxic and side effects were analyzed and compared between the two groups.The progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)were compared between the two groups.Results: Compared with FOLFOX4 regimen,Yugansanjie Formula combined with cinobufacini injection has advantages in prolonging the progression-free survival time(5.5 months VS 4.8 months,p<0.05),The half-year survival rate of the two groups was(90% VS 86%),and the 1-year survival rate was(66% VS 58%)respectively.improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improving the quality of life,physical condition and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process,but it has no advantages in the control rate of cancer(58% VS 54%,p>0.05)and the reduction of AFP.Conclusions: Yugansanjie combined with cinobufacini injection can prolong the PFS of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma,reduce the symptoms of TCM,improve the quality of life,improve physical condition,and reduce adverse reactions in the course of treatment,but there is no obvious advantage in the disease control rate,and the reduction of AFP.The treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma with Yugansanjie combined with cinobufacini injection has certain advantages over FOLFOX4 regimen chemotherapy,and it is worth further clinical exploration and research. |
