Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Recipe Combined With Balloon In The Treatment Of Moderate And Severe Intrauterine Adhesions With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:By studying the Intrauterine Balloon combined with bushen huoxue prescription on non-mild IUA after the hysteroscopic separation with clinical trials,by recording the changes of menstrual conditions,TCM syndromes,endometrial thickness,IUA scores and TNF alpha Ievels,and to discuss the clinical significance and scientific basis of bushen huoxue prescription.Methods:Collectting the patients with non-mild IUA of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the gynecological inpatient department of the Hunan Hospital of TCM from October 2019 to October 2020,the women of childbearing age were divided into two groups randomly,30 cases in each group:Chinese and western medicine treatment group(group A)and western medicine combined with Balloon group(group B),TCRA was performed 3?7days after menstruation,the IUA were scored during the operation,group B were given infection prevention and Hormone replacement therapy.the group A was treated with bushen huoxue prescription after vaginal bleeding stops on the basis of gorp B,take 14 days,the treatment of there menstrual cycles in a row,we need observe the menstrual volume,endometrial thickness,TNF alpha Ievels,TCM syndrome integral,and IUA scores of postoperative hysteroscopy,to explore the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:After treatment,the overall effective rate was 93.33% in group A,group B was 86.67%,clinical syndrome curative effect of TCM effective rate was 93.33%,the group B was 83.33%,the group A was obviously better than group B in the terms of the effect(P<0.05),the scores of menstrual,AFS,TCM syndromes and TNF alpha Ievels in two groups were apparently lower than before,the endometrium was apparently thicker than before(P<0.05),The intergroup comparison showed that the decrease of TNF alpha Ievels,the menstrual scores,the scores of TCM syndromes and AFS in the group A was better than that in group B(P<0.05),However,no difference exist between two groups in the terms of the Endometrial thicking(P>0.05),and the person being test did not develop adverse events related to the drug and intrauterine balloon.Conclusion: It turns out that the Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with balloon on patients is valid after IUA operation,Compared with Hormone replacement therapy combined with balloon,it has obvious advantages.It can improve menstrual volume,TCM syndrome,reduce AFS score and serum TNF-? level.The mechanism may be that Bushen Huoxue Decoction has a positive effect on promoting endometrial repair,regulating inflammation,improving microcirculation,inhibiting endometrial fibrosis,preventing intrauterine adhesion again,The combined therapy has the advantages of economy and safety.
