Study On Changes Of Intestinal Flora In Patients With Colon Adenomatous Polyps And The Effect Of Wenshen Jianpi Recipe On It

Purpose:In order to analyze the intestinal flora of the patients with colonic adenomatous polyps to explore the difference in the intestinal flora between the patients and the healthy people.To observe the influence of warming kidney and invigorating spleen prescription on the structure and diversity of intestinal flora in patients of colon polyps of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.Material and method:The research collected a total of 20 cases with colonic adenomatous polyps and 12 cases of healthy human fecal samples,The total bacterial DNA in each sample was extracted.16 SrDNA V3-V4 bacterial primers designed for high-throughput sequencing using the Illumina Miseq platform,The sequencing results were analyzed by the bioinformatics analysis software.Then the species information of the sample is obtained.The differences in the diversity of intestinal flora and the structure of the bacteria group in the two groups were analyzed and compared.In addition,9 of them were dialectical polyps of the spleen and kidney yang deficiency colonic adenomatous polyps.given warming kidney and tonifying spleen prescription orally,the course of treatment for 6 weeks.Fecal samples were collected before and after 6 weeks of treatment.Total DNA was extracted from bacterial faecal samples,using Illumina Miseq sequencing platform,16 S rDNA on bacterial V3-V4 gene by high-throughput sequencing,and the sequencing results of bioinformatics analysis,analysis before and after the treatment of intestinal flora diversity and structure change.Results:1.In the two groups,the abundances of the phylum phylla and the phylum thickens were the highest.The bacilli were(57.2 + 4.417)% and(55.29 + 5.60)%,respectively,and(30.93 + 3.945)% and(41.80 + 5.701)% respectively.The secondary abundance is the deformable fungi,the Clostridium,and the actinomycetes.The ratio of bacilli and thick wall bacteria in the intestinal flora of the sick group was significantly higher than that in the normal group(p<0.05).There is little difference between the two groups of bacteribacillus;There were significant differences in the abundance of two groups of pachrilli,deformable bacteria,actinomycetes,verruca and Clostridium.The analysis of alpha diversity showed that the species diversity in the normal group was significantly more than that in the sick group.The PCoA analysis showed that the samples of the sick group and the normal group were well separated,indicating that there were significant differences in the structure of the bacteria in the sick group and the sick group.2.After 6 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the intestinal flora between the two groups.The relative abundance of Bacteroides and Poulet Was was significantly lower than that before the treatment,and the relative abundance of Enterobacteriaceae and rumen bacteria increased significantly.Conclusion:1.There is a significant difference in the diversity of intestinal flora between the patients with colonic adenomatous polyps and the healthy population,and there is a great difference in the structure of the bacteria group.2.The prescription of warming kidney and strengthening spleen can change the st ructure of intestinal flora,and the change of intestinal flora is closer to the intestinal flora structure of healthy people in our earlier experiments.
