| Objective:To evaluate the value of Albumin levels and other related infection factors in the neonatal infective disease。Method:Seventy-nine newborns were recruited who lived in our neonatal wards from May 2014 to January 2016.We divided the objection into 3 groups :sepsis group(within 72 hours after birth in sepsis),non-sepsis group and control group.Compare the infection indexes between groups respectively, such as the albumin levels,WBC,CRP,Platelets count, and Neutrophil percentage。To learn more about albumin levels and the relationship between the related factors 。SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the data。Result:The research is mainly to analyze the clinical data of 79 cases。1)According to clinical manifestations and related nonspecific index,We divided the objection into 3 groups :sepsis group(within 72 hours after birth in sepsis),non-sepsis group and control group。Compare the patient’s gender, gestational age, mode of production, birth weight 。According to statistical analysis, children with cesarean delivery compared with natural birth children, the infection probability was more higher。The difference was statistically significant(P = 0.045,P < 0.05).And gender, gestational age, birth weight is compared between group, there was no statistically significant difference.2)Compared the albumin levels,WBC,platelets count,CRP and N% in three groups.Albumin level(P = 0.001,P < 0.05),WBC(P = 0.013,P < 0.05),CRP(P = 0.030,P < 0.05),platelets count(P = 0.921,P > 0.05),N%(P = 0.949,P > 0.05),We observed that the albumin levels、WBC、CRP had statistically difference between the three groups respectively。3)In our study we found that: the more severe the infection, the higher the possibility of low albumin levels。4)According to the albumin levels,we divided the objection into 3 groups,< 25 g/L,25 to 30 g/L,> 30 g/L 。To research separately about gestational age、birth score、birth weight and the amniotic fluid situation。Statistics showed that gestational age, amniotic fluid had no obvious effect on albumin levels, the difference had no statistical significance。But birth weight、Apgar score had obvious influence on children albumin levels, the difference had statistically significant(P = 0.019,P = 0.045).5)The newborns with periodic breathing or apnea, neonatal pneumonia, there was no obvious difference was found between albumin levels is compared between groups。But we found that the newborns with RDS,neonatal asphyxia, jaundice had lower albumin levels than the newborns with other clinical manifestations, the difference had statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The more seriously the Infection, the lower the corresponding albumin levels。2.The birth weight and the Apgar score are the main factors influencing the albumin levels, the lower birth weight and Apgar score, the lower the level of albumin levels.3.WBC,CRP,and the albumin levels had the relationship with infection,so the combination can be better used to assess the newborns with infection, and guide the clinical treatment.4.Pregnancy hypertension during pregnancy is a risk factor affect the level of albumin. At the same time the children with RDS,asphyxia, jaundice, lead to a corresponding lower albumin levels. |
