A Discussion About The Pharmaceutical Care Path For Children With Bronchial Pneumonia

Objectives:Based on clinical pathways to develop clinical pharmacy care and to explore in depth the formulation and implementation methods of the pharmaceutical care path,which is conducive to the rational use of drugs in clinics,improvement of therapeutic effects,and therapeutic goals.Methods:60%of patients with bronchopneumonia were treated with clinical pathways by consulting data and retrieving 330 patient records from January to December 2014 and from January to December 2017.There was a significant difference between each other for the clinical pathway was wholly implemented in 2017 and failed to implemented in 2014.According to the standard clinical path of bronchopneumonia and past treatment experience,a clinical path table consistent with the state of illnesses is developed.The deep clinical process is added to the entire process of therapy,and pharmaceutical care including medication education,medication guidance,the dosage regimen,as well as drug efficacy analysis,adverse reaction monitoring,discharge and medication guidance,etc.were applied to patients with bronchial pneumonia,summarized the pharmacological care path of bronchopneumonia.During the period from October 2017 to March 2018,26 patients were treated with pharmaceutical care including medication guidance and education as well as rational drug use,avoiding problems such as overdosing of drugs and adverse reactions.Good results were obtained.SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the clinical medication situation of patients with bronchial pneumonia,There is a statistically significant in the average hospital stay,hospitalization expenses,antibacterial drug costs and total drug costs,before and after the pharmaceutical intervention,which fully reflect the effectiveness of pharmaceutical services.Results:A clinical pathway table was developed and the main points of pharmaceutical care was summarized during hospitalization for patients with bronchopneumonia.26 patients with bronchopneumonia were treated by pharmaceutical care from October 2017 to March 2018.The results showed that average hospital stay,hospitalization expenses,antibacterial drug costs,number of drugs used about patients with bronchopneumonia,etc.were significantly decreased.Conclusion:The pharmaceutical care path can promote rational clinical drug use,enabled patients to recover as soon as possible,and also standardized pharmacy care,marked patients more rational in drug use,increased their satisfaction with pharmaceutical services,and provided more standardized methods and ideas for pharmaceutical service personnel as well.
