| Objective:1.To clarify the evolution and transition of the original plant,medicinal parts and locality of Herbal patrinia used in ancient and modern;2.To master the species,distribution,and reserves of the plants of patrinia in anhui province;3.Finding an identification method with significant specificity which can identify Herbal patrinia accurately and quickly;4.Confirming the original plant,medicinal parts,locality and harvesting time that ensure the quality of Herbal patrinia;5.To develop industry quality standards for Herbal patrinia one of the crude drug of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules which belongs to Anhui Jiren Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.Methods:1.This paper systematically summarizes the record of the herbal source and medicinal part of Herbal patrinia in ancient classics of herbal medicine in China;2.The field investigation,quadrate investigation,specimen collection and specimen identification were used for identification and statistics the plant resources of patrinia in Anhui province;3.The identification of plant traits,micro-identity and electronic nose technique were used to identify the different original plant and locality of Herbal patrinia;4.HPLC was used to measure the content of protocatechuic acid,chlorogenic acid and Patrinoside in the herbal patrinia.Then,the original plant,medicinal parts,locality and harvesting time were confirmed by the content and textual research.Results:1.The medicinal history of herbal patrinia can be divided into three periods which were before the Ming dynasty,during the Ming and qing dynasties and the republic of China up to now.Before the Ming dynasty,the herbal patrinia was used by the radix and rhizome of P.scabiosaefolia Fisch.and P.heterophylla Bunge and distributed in most parts of the country.During the Ming and qing dynasties,the overground part of P.villosa Juss.was used as herbal patrinia and distributed in Hunan,Hubei and Anhui province.At the same time,the record about the eating of P.villosa Juss.arose.From the republic of China up to now,humen ueually used the whole herbal of P.scabiosaefolia Fisch.and P.villosa Juss.as herbal patrinia that distributed in Henan,Hunan,Hubei and Anhui province.Actually the farmer always cut off the ground part during the harvest time;2.There are 5 kinds of plants of patrinia in Anhui province,such as P.scabiosaefolia Fisch.,P.villosa fuss.,P.heterophylla Bunge,P.villosa subsp.Punctifolia H.J.Wang,P.heterophylla Bunge subsp.First,the P.scabiosaefolia Fisch.is distributing in most counties of Anhui province.And Chuzhou has high output;Second,the P.villosa fuss.is distributing in the hills along Yangtze river,Dabie Mountain Area and southern mountainous area in Anhui Province.The reserves of each area are plentiful;Third,P.heterophylla Bunge is distributing in the Dabie Mountain Area and southern mountainous area in Anhui Province.The reserves in the Dabie Mountain Area is richer;Finally,P.villosa subsp.Punctifolia H.J.Wang is also distributing in the hills along Yangtze river,Dabie Mountain Area and southern mountainous area in Anhui Province.And the reserves in the Dabie Mountain Area is richer,Especially in Yaoluoping of Yuexi county;3.The identification of plant traits and electronic nose technique were accurately and quickly.However,micro-identity could not identificated accurately;4.By measuring the content of protocatechuic acid,chlorogenic acid and Patrinoside in the herbal patrinia which from the different original plant,different medicinal parts,different locality and different harvesting time found that P.scabiosaefolia Fisch.and P.heterophylla Bunge with higher content;there is no obvious differences between the ground part and the underground part;The quality of P.scabiosaefolia Fisch.that come from Dabie mountain area is better than other area.There was no significant difference from the different areas where distribute P.villosa fuss.and P.heterophylla Bunge;The best harvest time of P.scabiosaefolia Fisch.and P.heterophylla Bunge were in August,the P.villosa fuss.was in September.Conclusion:1.Three of the five species from patrinia that found in Anhui province were used as herbal patrinia.Among the three species,P.villosa fuss.and P.heterophylla Bunge should be development and utilization,because the wild reserves are plentful;The P.scabiosaefolia Fisch.can be planted widely cultivated in Dabie Mountain Area from where has higher content;2.The character and electronic nose system have high accuracy in the identification of the herbal patrinia,and the identification are simple and efficient and worth promoting;3.Based on the textual research and the determination results of the herbal patrinia found that the original plant of the herbal patrinia was better by using P.scabiosaefolia Fisch.and P.heterophylla Bunge,the overground parts was good,the Dabie Mountain Area produces well,and the best harvest time was in August;... |
