Objective: To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and related risk factors of different types of autoimmune liver diseases(AILD).Methods: The clinically relevant medical records of patients with autoimmune liver disease diagnosed during hospitalization in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2017 to December 2021 were collected.Primary biliary cholangitis(PBC),primary sclerosing cholangitis(PSC),IgG4-related hepatobiliary disease, and Overlapping Syndrome(OS),retrospective analysis of different types Differences among general clinical data, concomitant diseases, complications, imaging studies, and laboratory tests in patients with AILD.Results:(1)There was a statistically significant difference between the genders of the four AILD disease types(P=0.000);(2)In clinical symptoms, there was a statistically significant difference between the four groups with darkened urine(P=0.041),(3)there was a statistically significant difference in alcohol consumption among the groups in personal history(P=0.018),(4)diabetes,hypercholesterolemia,Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, hypertriglyceridemia in the related comorbidities There were statistically significant differences between patients with esophageal and gastric varices, splenomegaly, and decompensated liver cirrhosis in imaging examinations(P<0.05).(6)Laboratory biochemical indicators such as: aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase,γ-glutamyltransferase,alkaline phosphatase have statistical significance(P<0.05),(7)The differences of immunoglobulin Ig M among the 4groups of diseases were statistically significant(P=0.000),(8)There were statistically significant differences between the autoantibodies anti-mitochondrial antibody and anti-mitochondrial antibody type 2 among the four types of AILD patients(P<0.05),(9)After logistic multiple regression,it was found that γ-glutamyltransferase and anti-mitochondrial antibody can be used as independent risk factors for the four disease subtypes of AILD.The independent risk factors of AIH group,PBC group and IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis group(Immunoglobulin G4-related Sclerosing Cholangitis,IgG4-SC)were all immunoglobulin M.Alkaline phosphatase was an independent risk factor between AIH and PBC groups,anti-mitochondrial antibody type 2 antibody was an independent risk factor between PBC and OS groups, and hypercholesterolemia was an independent risk factor between PBC and AIH groups. Conclusions: This study found that aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase and γ-glutamyltransferase,immunoglobulin M,autoantibody antimitochondrial antibody and Anti-mitochondrial antibody type 2 and liver biopsy are of great help in the diagnosis and identification of AILD.Risk factors for AILD are alcohol consumption, diabetes,Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, hyperlipidemia, hypertriglyceridemia and other factors.
