| Purposes:Since the reform and opening up,People’s living standards have improved year by year,unhealthy diet,sedentary behavior caused by the "rich disease" proportion is higher and higher.Obesity as a "rich disease",because of excessive obesity caused by diabetes,hyperlipidemia and other metabolic diseases have seriously affected people’s quality of life.With the change of People’s health concept,reasonable diet combined with scientific exercise is an effective way to avoid obesity.HIIT training is a technique that allows participants to work out at full strength,fast,and in bursts in a short period of time.Methods:In this study,obese female college students of Yangzhou University 2017 were randomly divided into HIIT experimental group,aerobic control group,HIIT experimental group and aerobic control group,in the HIIT Group,a one-minute sprint treadmill training was performed at a rate of 90%or more of the maximum heart rate,followed by a three-minute treadmill training at 50%to 65%of the maximum heart rate,followed by a three-minute interval between the two groups,do the above high-intensity training immediately,then repeat for 4 sets,and funally stretch and relax until breathing and heart rate is basically close to the static breathing and heart rate to end the training.In aerobic control group,50-65%maximal heart rate intensity was used for 36 minutes,and then stretching and relaxation were finished until breathing and heart rate were close to static state.Conclusion:(1)after 10 weeks of experimental intervention,the high intensity interval training(HIIT)group and the aerobic control group were able to reduce the BMI of obese female college students,there was no significant difference in the reduction of BMI between the high intensity interval training(HIIT)group and the aerobic control group.(2)after 10 weeks of experimental intervention,HIIT group and aerobic control group could decrease the body fat rate and waist-hip ratio of obese female college students,hIIT training is more effective in reducing fat.Based on this article,two suggestions are given:1.High intensity interval training(HIIT)has obvious effect on weight loss of obese female college students.It is suggested that it should be popularized in fitness clubs.2.For beginners,according to the ability to adjust the intensity of exercise,interval time,to adapt to gradually increase the exercise load,after training should be fully stretched joints to avoid sports injury... |
