Objective : The urine detection of microalbumin in a community in Urumqi was statistically analyzed.To explore the related risk factors of proteinuria in natural population and non-diabetic and hypertensive population;To analyze whether there are differences in the correlation between BMI,waist circumference and urinary albumin in natural population and non-diabetic and hypertensive population.Methods:Using cross-sectional study cluster random sampling method to extract 1222 permanent residents in urumqi,and unified questionnaires to record the object of study,high blood pressure,duration of diabetes duration,the determination of their BMI,waist circumference,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid,urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(ACR)level,analysis of natural populations and the related risk factors for diabetes,high blood pressure,the crowd of proteinuria,and discusses the natural population with diabetes,high blood pressure,the crowd of BMI,waist circumference,and the correlation of urinary albumin whether there is a difference,Multivariate logistic regression analysis of albuminuria in the population was conducted.Result : This study based on the general data in urumqi,a community of 1222 research object and related laboratory analysis,found the crowd albuminuria detection rate was 10.04%,and with age,BMI,waist circumference,blood sugar levels rise,the detection rate of albuminuria has subsequently rise,at the same time,with diabetes or hypertension proteinuria detection rate is higher than the general population.But crowd,age,BMI,waist circumference,waist-hip ratio,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood pressure,blood lipid levels are related influence factors of urinary albumin,and crowds of correction after suffering from high blood pressure or diabetes,BMI,waist circumference,fasting blood glucose,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,triglycerides,influence on its more closely.In the comparison of BMI and waist circumference,waist circumference has a higher risk for non-diabetic and hypertensive people.Conclusion : The total detection rate of urinary albumin in the population was higher,and with the increase of BMI,blood pressure and blood glucose,the detection rate of albuminuria in the population also increased.In natural population,blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipid,body weight,waist circumference and BMI were all related influencing factors of urinary microalbumin.Non-diabetic and hypertensive people should pay closer attention to the level of abdominal circumference to reduce the occurrence of albuminuria.
