The Effect Of Panax Notoginseng Powder On Hidden Blooding In Older Intertrochanteric Fracture Patients Treated With PFNA Internal Fixation

Objectives 1.To observe the effect of Panax notoginseng powder on perioperative hidden blooding in older patients with intertrochanteric femur fracture(IFF)treated with PFNA.2.To explore the clinical efficacy of Panax notoginseng powder in the treatment of IFF with PFNA while establishing a new application prospect for the treatment of IFF with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The 60 patients with IFF in He Bei Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly numbered(No.1-60).The 60 patients were divided into control group and Panax notoginseng powder group.During the operation,30 min was used in the control group and tranexamic acid(10mg/kg)was injected intravenously 3 hours after operation to stop bleeding.On the basis of the control group,the Panax notoginseng powder group was treated with Yunnan Wenshan Panax notoginseng powder(3g/ times)in the morning and evening after operation for 7 days.The records of clinical general data and index data included the patient’s age,weight,height,total blood volume,explicit blood loss,invisible blood loss,TCM syndrome score,TCM curative effect score and hemoglobin and hematocrit at 1 day before operation,1 day after operation,3 days after operation and 7 days after operation.Results 1.General data: Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the general condition and total blood volume of patients with IFF in Panax notoginseng powder group(P > 0.05).2.Blood loss: Compared with the control group,the total blood loss and dominant blood loss of IFF patients in Panax notoginseng powder group had no significant difference(P > 0.05),but the hidden blooding in Panax notoginseng powder group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.Hb and Hct: Compared with the control group,the levels of Hb and Hct in patients with IFF in Panax notoginseng powder group had no significant change 1 day before operation and 1 day after operation(P > 0.05).Until 3 and 7 days after operation,the levels of Hb and Hct in the treatment group increased significantly(P < 0.05).4.Blood transfusion volume:Compared with the control group,the blood transfusion volume of IFF patients in Panax notoginseng powder group had no significant change,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).5.TCM syndrome score and curative effect score: both the control group and the Panax notoginseng powder group could significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Surgical treatment combined with oral Panax notoginseng powder can improve the symptoms of pain caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis;compared with the control group,the TCM efficacy score of Panax notoginseng powder group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions Panax notoginseng powder can effectively reduce the perioperative hidden blooding of older patients with IFF treated with PFNA,improving the clinical efficacy of patients after operation,promoting the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients.Sanqi;Intertrochanteric fracture of femur;PFNA;Hidden Blood LOSSFigure13;Table12;Reference 145...
