| Objective: To study the effect of quantitative resistance breath and lip retraction in COPD patients with type II respiratory failure in stable stage. Methods: 94 patients with COPD stable stage and type II respiratory failure who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to November 2019 were divided into group A(47 cases, quantitative resistance expiratory therapy)and group B by computer random sorting(47 cases were treated with lip constriction and respiration),and the blood gas changes before treatment,1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment were compared, pulmonary function index,SF-36(36 item short form health survey, quality of life assessment scale)and St George score were compared. Results: before treatment, the blood gas, lung function,SF-36 scale and St George score of the two groups were not significantly different,no statistical significance(P > 0.05).After one month of treatment and three months after treatment, the above indexes were significantly improved except p H value, and statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference between the two groups was not significant after treatment There was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:after the study, quantitative resistance breath and lip retraction breathing have good performance in COPD stable stage combined with type II respiratory failure, but there are some differences.Doctors can choose different oxygen supply methods according to the specific symptoms of patients. |
