Research On Strategies For Improving Service Capacity Of Primary Medical Institutions Under The Background Of Medical Association

Primary medical institutions are the cornerstone of China’s medical and health system.In China’s current medical system,they undertake the responsibilities of patients’ initial diagnosis in the early stage,rehabilitation and nursing in the later stage.At the same time,they also shoulder the important responsibilities of preventive health care and contracted services by family doctors.However,the reality shows that there are a series of problems in China’s grass-roots medical and health institutions,such as low medical service capacity,shortage of rehabilitation resources,unbalanced contracted development of family doctors and so on.Promoting the service capacity of primary medical institutions is a key problem to be solved urgently in the construction of the current medical system.In order to improve the service capacity of primary medical institutions and promote the effective integration of medical resources at all levels,the medical consortium model has gradually developed throughout the country.Through the integration and sharing of medical resources in the same region,the medical consortium defines the responsibilities of medical institutions at all levels,primary medical institutions diagnose and treat common diseases and refer acute and severe patients,Rehabilitation and nursing of patients in rehabilitation period,so as to realize the rational distribution and effective utilization of medical resources.The essence of the construction of the Medical Union model is to form a diagnosis and treatment order of first diagnosis,two-way referral,urgent and slow triage and up-down linkage at the grass-roots level through hierarchical referral.In the context of the Medical Association,how to improve the service capacity of primary medical institutions,so as to share the pressure of diagnosis and treatment for hospitals at all levels and provide convenient medical services for residents is a problem that needs to be paid attention to in the development of primary medical institutions.Based on this,this paper studies the strategies to improve the service capacity of primary medical institutions in the context of Medical Association,in order to provide a useful reference for the improvement of the service capacity of primary medical institutions in the context of Medical Association.Taking the primary medical institutions in Chengdu high tech Zone as the survey object,this paper introduces the development of the medical consortium in Chengdu high tech Zone and the service capacity of primary medical institutions.Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the service capacity and patient satisfaction level of primary medical institutions in high tech Zone;Based on the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems in the service capacity of primary medical institutions in Chengdu high tech Zone,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the service capacity of primary medical institutions in Chengdu high tech Zone.This paper hopes that through relevant research,it can play a certain role in promoting the service capacity of primary medical institutions.
