| Objective: Delayed gastric emptying is a common postoperative complication of pancreatic surgery. This study intended to analyze the risk factors of delayed gastric emptying after laparoscopic pancreatectomy. Methods: From June 2013 to December 2020,80 patients underwent laparoscopic pancreatectomy in our hospital.patients were divided into delayed gastric emptying group and non-delayed gastric emptying group.Single factor and multi-factor analysis were used to analyze the risk factors of delayed gastric emptying after laparoscopic pancreatectomy. Results: Among all patients who underwent laparoscopic pancreatectomy, patients had delayed gastric emptying after surgery, with a total incidence of 22.5%.The 16 possible risk factors were analyzed, among which univariate analysis showed that: advanced age, grade B/C pancreatic fistula and high ASA grade were risk factors for delayed gastric emptying after surgery;multivariate analysis showed B /C grade pancreatic fistula pancreatic fistula and high ASA grade are independent risk factors for delayed gastric emptying after surgery. Conclusion: The total incidence of delayed gastric emptying is high after laparoscopic pancreatectomy, but most of which are mild grade A delayed gastric emptying.Grade B/C pancreatic fistula and high ASA grade may be independent risk factors for delayed gastric emptying after laparoscopic pancreatectomy.Preventing pancreatic fistula may be the key to reducing postoperative gastric emptying delay. |
