Objective:Based on this study respectively accept Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction joint radiofrequency thermal condensation technique and the rf heat coagulation treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type lumbar disc disease(L4/5)medical records were retrospectively analyzed,observation of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction joint radiofrequency thermal condensation technique of qi deficiency and blood stasis type mental derangement rational lumbar disc prolapse of pain control and mechanism of action,to explore the mental derangement rational treatment of qi deficiency blood stasis type lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion pain between the prognosis of outcome and highlight the plate of the correlation of CT value,in order to according to highlight the dish of CT value for clinical neurology qi deficiency blood stasis type lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion rational provide reliable treatment the pain patients.Method:In retrospective study,inpatients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine on January 1,2017,solstice and December 1,2020 who were consistent with the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation and needed radiofrequency thermocoagulation,and whose TCM syndrome differentiation was syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation observation group and radiofrequency thermocoagulation control group.Patients in two groups were treated with microwave therapy and conventional acupuncture as the basic treatment.Then,the CT value of the protruding disc in the two groups was measured.According to the CT value,the patients in the two groups were divided into groups with CT value ≥90 and group with CT value<90.Through the collected patients in hospital medical records and telephone follow-up after discharge,the patients on admission,14 days after treatment,treatment after 1 month follow-up visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,before and after treatment responsibility area of infrared thermal imaging temperature difference value(delta T = T the contralateral-t side),and USES the modified Macnab criteria to evaluate the clinical curative effect,overall calculation of the observation group and control group in the overall curative effect and the effect of the treatment of patients with different CT value group,so as to explore the CT value based size to predict the likelihood of two kinds of treatment prognosis of outcome.Result:(1)In this study,141 patients who met the standard of sodium and discharge were included.In the observation group,there were 61 cases,including 24 cases with CT value ≥90(group A)and 37 cases with CT value < 90(group B).In the control group,there were 80 patients,including 32 patients with CT value ≥90(group C)and 48 patients with CT value< 90(group D).The difference was not statistically significant.(2)Comparing the observation group with the control group,the remission rate of VAS score,ODI score and infrared thermal imaging temperature difference in the responsibility area after 14 days and 1 month after treatment in the observation group was better than that in the radiofrequency thermocoagulation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the excellent and good rate of the improved Mac NAB evaluation criteria in the observation group was 88.52%,and that in the control group was 77.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In the observation group,compared with group A and group B,VAS score,ODI score and infrared thermal imaging temperature difference of responsibility area after treatment in different CT value groups at different time points showed A decreasing trend compared with that before treatment,and the improvement degree of group B was more obvious than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The excellent and good rate of the improved Mac NAB evaluation criteria in group B was 94.29%,and that in group A was 80.77%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)In the control group,compared with group D,VAS score,ODI score and infrared thermal imaging temperature difference of responsibility area after treatment in different CT value groups at different time points showed a decreasing trend compared with before treatment,and the improvement degree in group D was more obvious than that in group C,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The excellent and good rate of the improved Mac NAB evaluation criteria in group D was 90.94%,and that in group C was68.09%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Both Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation and radiofrequency thermocoagulation can effectively improve the neuropathic pain of lumbar disc herniation,and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation has a better effect.(2)whether Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction joint radiofrequency thermal coagulation treatment or the rf heat coagulation treatment,the curative effect and highlight the dish of CT values exist negative correlation,namely the CT value is smaller,after treatment was higher,the degree of pain,functional activity and body surface temperature area to improve the more obvious,the CT values can be used as two kinds of one of the outcome the objective predictors of treatment response.
