Objective Analysis of MRI studies of the knee meniscus water grease separationtechnology-water spoiled gradient echo T2-weighted imaging sequences separated fat(referred FatSepG-WFT2*), and in contrast with the results of arthroscopic diagnosis, evaluation of MRI FatSepG-WFT2*clinical applications. Methods relevant information on62cases372MRI diagnosis of meniscus region, inorder to diagnose the performance of arthroscopic meniscus "gold standard" applicationSPSS17.0software for statistical analysis of the results. Chi-square test was used tocompare the different MRI sequences of the knee meniscus differences. Kappa valuesusing MRI diagnosis of meniscus tear test validity and arthroscopic diagnosis. MRI usingthe chi-square test internal difference validity lateral meniscus tear parts diagnosis.Result With arthroscopic findings as the standard, MRI FatSepG-WFT2*sequencediagnostic accuracy of meniscus tears94%(350/372)、 Sensitivity93%(140/149),Specificity94%(210/223), MRI FatSepG-WFT2*sequence diagnosis of meniscus tearshave better effectiveness(k=0.877)。MRI Internally, there was no significant difference inthe effectiveness of the lateral meniscus tear parts diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Magnetic resonance FatSepG-WFT2*sequence compared withconventional MRI sequences have a higher sensitivity and specificity, combined withconventional MRI sequences to improve the low-field MRI of the knee lesion detectionrate is an effective method.2. MRI is an effective method to diagnose the knee meniscusinjury, MRI and arthroscopy in the diagnosis of meniscus tear on the good agreement, the two complement each other to produce better diagnosis and treatment.
