| With the gradual deepening of the population ageing in China,the changes in the population structure have gradually attracted the attention of the public,especially the quality of life of the elderly,so the cause of aging has become one of the key factors directly affecting social development,at the same time,due to the large increase in the elderly population,the demand for services for the elderly is growing.However,the old-age institutions and medical institutions are separated from each other to a certain extent,so they can only meet part of the needs of the elderly.The combination of medical care and old-age care provides a new idea for the development of the old-age Care Service and the improvement of the old-age care system in China,as well as the integration of existing resources for old-age care and medical care,which plays an important role in promoting the alleviation of population ageing in our country,has Gradually been recognized by the public,and the combination of health-related policies are also increasing.This paper uses the literature research method and the social network analysis method.Firstly,the background and significance of the related research are explained,and the literature about the combination of medical care and nursing care at home and abroad is sorted out,and the status quo of the combination of medical care and nursing care at home and abroad is analyzed.Secondly,it combs the collected policy texts of the combination of medical care and health care in China,constructs the theoretical framework of this paper,and analyzes the subject words of the policy texts of the combination of medical care and health care with the theory of policy tools,and use the theory of taking root to analyze the policy text of the combination of medical care and health care.Finally,through the combing and analysis of the text system of the policy on the combination of medical care and nursing care,it is found that there are still many deficiencies in the total amount,coverage and Operability of the policy text on the combination of medical care and nursing care in China,which need to be further improved,this article from the policy point of view to promote the development of China’s medical care and old-age model for reference.In short,from the perspective of policy tools,this paper sorts out the policy texts of the combination of medical care and health care in China,and sums up the characteristics of the current policy texts of the combination of medical care and health care in China,so we find out the lack of policy tools in the evolution of the policy,and find out the deficiency of the current policy and the obstacles of the coordination of policy tools.According to the current situation of China’s aging,the old-age pension system is not yet perfect,and the development of the mode of combining medical care with nursing care,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the policy of combining medical care with nursing care. |
