Clinical Observation Of Moxibustion Treatment Of Nonspecific Low Back Pain

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of moxibustion on nonspecific low back pain.Methods 116 patients met the inclusion criteria of nonspecific low back pain patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 58 cases.The control group using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug,celecoxib,400mg daily,administered for 1 weeks for 1 courses,2 courses of treatment.The observation group in the control group was treated by Moxibustion on the acupoints,Yaoyangguan,Dachangshu(ipsilateral),Shenshu(ipsilateral),Yanglingquan,Ashi,moxibustion 3 times a week,1 weeks for 1 courses,2 courses of treatment.Respectively before treatment,treatment for 1 courses,2 courses of treatment of pain of all patients were evaluated with visual analogue pain grading score and lumbar function and ADL scores,observe the changes of symptoms of patients and the overall curative effect.Results 1 After treatment for 1 courses,the observation group was better than the control group in relieving pain and improving clinical symptoms,improving the ability of daily living(P<0.05).2 After 2 courses of treatment,the two groups can effectively relieve pain,pain significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the analgesic effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group can effectively improve the symptoms and signs,improve the ability of daily activities,the JOA score increased significantly(P<0.05);observation group in improving symptoms and improve the life ability than the control group(P<0.05).3 After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 96.49%and 85.96%,respectively,and the overall effect was better than that of the control group.(P<0.05)Conclcusion Moxibustion therapy can improve the symptoms of pain in patients with nonspecific low back pain,enhance the patient's daily activities,improve the quality of life of patients.The moxibustion therapy in the treatment of nonspecific low back pain of clinical promotion has certain guiding significance.
