| Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical efficacy of Shengmai Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes(Syndrome of excessive heat injuring body fluid),specifically through further analysis of its theoretical research,effectiveness,and safety,to provide Shengmai Decoction for the treatment of type 2diabetes(Syndrome of excessive heat injuring body fluid)provide clinical evidence.Methods: A total of 64 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for type 2diabetes of western medicine and the diagnostic criteria for diabetic disease of traditional Chinese medicine were collected from Enshi Prefecture Minority Hospital,and were randomly divided into a test group of 32 cases and a control group of 32 cases.Both groups were given diabetes education,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine: metformin hydrochloride tablets.On the basis of the control group,the test group took Chinese medicine decoction Shengmaiyin plus flavor for 12 weeks.The changes of fasting blood glucose before and after treatment,blood glucose 2 hours after breakfast,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipids,TCM syndrome scores,etc.were compared between the two groups of patients,and the above test results were statistically analyzed using SPASS26.0software.Mellitus results:(1)After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups decreased compared with the previous ones.Comparing the total effective rate of the two groups,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33% and that of the control group was 70%.P<0.05,which is statistically significant,indicating that the experimental group The clinical curative effect is obviously better than that of the control group.(2)Fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin: The examination results of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the test group was significantly better than the control group.(3)TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C: After treatment,all indexes of patients in the test group were lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the test group was better than the control group.(4)In terms of safety,the two groups had no significant differences in body temperature,respiration,pulse,blood pressure,liver function,kidney function,electrocardiogram,urine and feces before and after treatment.They were evaluated as safe and no adverse reactions were seen.Conclusion: Shengmai Decoction has a significant effect in treating type 2 diabetes(Syndrome of excessive heat injuring body fluid),which can reduce blood sugar and blood lipids of patients to a certain extent,improve TCM symptoms,and is safe and non-toxic and side effects.It can be further promoted in clinical practice. |
