At present,the National Health Commission vigorously promotes payment by disease type,and as an important tool for hospitals to control and manage the cost of disease types,clinical path management has become one of the important tasks of each hospital.At the same time,the application of clinical pathways also improves the quality of hospitals and the efficiency of medical operations.At this time,the evaluation of the operation effect of the clinical pathway has become an important basis for the next rectification and improvement of the clinical pathway.Objective:This article takes a third-level comprehensive private hospital in Zhengzhou as an example.During the operation of the clinical pathway of this hospital,the hospital’s medical quality,work efficiency,doctor-patient satisfaction survey,and economic analysis of the four fast-track clinical pathways are carried out.Comprehensive evaluation,research on the treatment effect of cases in the clinical pathway of the hospital,etc.,in order to find out the problems in the implementation of the clinical pathway,and provide constructive opinions on the next step of the clinical pathway operation and reform,so as to better promote The operation of the clinical pathway.Methods:consulting the official websites of the National Health Commission,Henan Provincial Health Commission,and CNKI and other related literature information,we have an understanding of the current development of clinical pathways in my country.Further research on relevant literature and inquiries to relevant experts to determine the relevant indicators for evaluating medical quality,work efficiency,and economic analysis in the operation of clinical pathways.To understand the patient’s satisfaction with medical treatment through the questionnaire survey of doctor-patient satisfaction in the clinical path and the questionnaire survey of patients not enrolled in the group.Among them,there are 905 patients with access path,and 997 patients with non-access path have valid questionnaires.The medical quality,work efficiency,economic analysis and other indicators of clinical path data are collected through the information system of the hospital’s medical department.Comparison of data related to medical quality,work efficiency,doctor-patient satisfaction surveys,economic analysis and non-entry cases.A total of 1343 patients in 10 diseases were selected from more than50 clinical pathway diseases in the whole hospital for evaluation,and important members of the clinical pathway management committee of the hospital were communicated and interviewed to understand the problems existing in the current clinical pathway operation of the hospital,And discuss the further development of the clinical path,and put forward constructive opinions.Results:It can be seen from the overall situation that the hospital’s clinical path operation in recent years has achieved good results,and overall doctor-patient satisfaction has been improved.Continuously improving the level of diagnosis and treatment and service capabilities of doctors and nursing care is to improve patient satisfaction.Effective measures.Arranging patients’ hospitalization,making appointments for examinations in advance,reducing waiting time,etc.,to further improve overall work efficiency,continuously improve doctor-patient communication,increase measures for patient humane care,and continuously improve service quality is equally effective in improving patient satisfaction.In terms of medical quality,the rate of cure and improvement,mortality,and nosocomial infection rates have been improved.In terms of work efficiency,the application of clinical pathways has improved a lot,and the average hospital stay for various diseases and the number of hospital stays before surgery have improved significantly.In the economic analysis,the overall medical cost did not increase,indicating that the clinical pathway application has a relatively obvious effect on cost control.The overall average cost per second,drug cost,and the proportion of inspection fees in time have all decreased,and the consumables have not decreased significantly.Conclusion:The application of clinical pathways can play a very good role in improving work efficiency,and has a certain effect in improving doctor-patient communication and satisfaction,medical quality and reducing costs.Therefore,this study concluded that the hospital’s clinical Path management applications have good results.In the environment where payment by disease type is about to be fully developed,the clinical pathway process needs to be continuously optimized,so that the whole hospital will be familiar with and accustomed to using clinical pathways to control costs and medical quality as soon as possible,and strengthen the hospital’s informatization construction.The development of clinical pathways lays a solid foundation;to strengthen the promotion and education of clinical pathways in departments,department directors are required to strengthen cooperation in the implementation of clinical pathways.Functional departments incorporate clinical path management into performance appraisal;continuously improve the diagnosis and treatment capabilities and nursing capabilities of doctors and nurses,and further improve patient satisfaction.
