| Objective to compare the clinical efficacy of 3D printing technology combined with enhanced recovery after surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of complex ankle fractures, evaluate and explore the clinical advantages of 3D printing technology combined with enhanced recovery after surgery in the treatment of complex ankle fractures, and provide an individualized and accurate treatment scheme for the diagnosis and treatment of complex ankle fractures. Methods 48 patients with complex ankle fractures in the Department of orthopedics of the first people’s Hospital of Huainan City from October 2016 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects. With the consent of the patients, they were divided into the traditional operation treatment group(control group)and the 3D printing technology combined with enhanced recovery after surgery Group(Research Group),with 24 cases in each group. In the 3D printing technology combined with enhanced recovery after surgery group,CT scan and 3D reconstruction were performed before operation, and the collected CT scan data were edited and processed with Mimic software. The ankle fracture model was made by 1:1 printing with 3D printer, and the operation was rehearsed and operated. The appropriate plate and screw were selected for intraoperative use through simulation operation. At the same time, the perioperative patients were treated with A series of operations and interventions of enhanced recovery after surgery were carried out to optimize the inpatient experience and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients. In the traditional operation group, conventional operation and treatment were used according to the preoperative imaging data. All patients were followed up for 6-8 months. The clinical efficacy, perioperative related indicators and fracture healing time of the two groups were compared and analyzed, and the clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results the operation time of the study group was(77.92±8.59)min,and that of the control group was(132.08± 11.32)min.the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss was(47.50±6.08)ml in the study group and(99.17±11.00)ml in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative hospital stay of the study group was(5.92±0.83)d,and that of the control group was(9.13±0.68)d(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)was(2.42 ± 0.50)in the study group and(4.71± 0.81)in the control group 48 hours after operation(P<0.05).The fracture healing time was(16.38 ± 0.92)w in the study group and(25.42± 1.53)w in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the study group was 91.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion with the assistance of 3D printing technology, the operation rehearsal and operation of patients with complex ankle fractures in advance, combined with a series of perioperative operation and intervention of enhanced recovery after surgery, can significantly shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of blood loss in the operation, reduce the postoperative pain feeling, shorten the fracture healing time of patients,in addition,it can also significantly improve the quality of life It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.Figure[18]table[3]reference[38]... |
