Objective: To analyze the influence of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery on hip replacement. Methods: Choose 100 patients with femoral neck fracture in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from 2018 to 2021,According to the treatment methods,it was divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was the hip replacement patients guided by the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery, and the control group was the hip replacement patients under the traditional concept.Compared total blood loss, postoperative visual analogue scale, postoperative hip function score, postoperative complication rate, surgical cost and length of hospital stay between the two groups. Results: The VAS score 3 day after surgery was significantly lower than that of the traditional group(P < 0.05),and the Harris hip joint score 1 month after surgery was significantly higher than that of the traditional group(P < 0.05).The total length of hospitalization and hospitalization cost were lower than those in control group(P < 0.05).The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting and the incidence of deep veins in lower limbs in ERAS group was lower than that in traditional group. Conclusions: The application of the concept ofenhanced recovery after surgery in hip replacement can significantly reduce perioperative bleeding, relieve postoperative pain, shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the total hospital cost and promote the recovery of postoperative hip function. And the incidence of postoperative complications was not increased.
