Objective:Explore the safety and feasibility of using the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)to guide the total cystectomy perioperative treatment of hepatic cystic echinococcosis. Methods:Using historical retrospective analysis,Collect the clinical data of patients undergoing surgical treatment HCE from January 2014 to January 2020,Taking January 1,2017 as the time node,Perioperative management is divided into traditional group and ERAS group according to whether to use ERAS concept.General information(age, gender,BMI,etc.)and intraoperative and postoperative conditions(operative time, amount of blood loss, postoperative ventilation time, pain score, length of hospital stay and incidence of complications)were analyzed and compared between the two groups.SPSS19.0software is used for statistical analysis. When analyzing quantitative data, two groups adopt two independent samples t test if they meet the test criteria of normality and homogeneity of variance,if they do not meet the test criteria of normality and homogeneity of variance, two independent samples rank sum test(mann-whitney u test); The chi-square test is used in the qualitative data analysis.p<0.05 statistically significant. Results:There was no statistical difference(P>0.05)between the two groups before operation(sex, age,BMI,position, single or multiple)and hospitalization expenses,as to the operative correlation, there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05)In the intraoperative bleeding volume and length of operation.there were statistically significant differences between the eras group and the traditional group in terms of postoperative gastrointestinal ventilation time, postoperative tube-carrying time, postoperative average hospitalization time, and postoperative 24 h pain score(P<0.05).there was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between ERAS group(21(10.3%)cases)and traditional group(19(9.3%)cases)(P>0.05).Conclusion: For the Hepatic cystic echinococcosis patients which accept total cystectomy treatment,Using the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)is safe and effective, with the advantages of fast recovery after operation, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
