Objective:To discuss the Enhanced recovery after surgery in treatment of patients with Hepatic Alveor Echinococcosis and curative effect.Methods: Through the retrospective analysis of xinjiang medical university in June 2016-January 2017 surgical treatment of 43 patients in our hospital,According to the use of Enhanced recovery after surgery(group A)and the traditional technique(group B),the two groups of clinical data and the data analysis and comparison,the observation indexes:(1)the stress evaluation: compare two groups of preoperative and postoperative 1 day the first day l C reactive protein,Calcitonin original and blood glucose;(2)the postoperative condition evaluation: patients with postoperative bed activity time,feeding time,anus exhaust time,hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,etc.;(3)the incidence of postoperative complications.Results: the data showed that two groups of cases patients with age and gender,and postoperative recurrence rate data such as no statistical significance(P > 0.05);Two groups of cases in c-reactive protein,Calcitonin,blood glucose,postoperative patients with bed activity time,feeding time,anus exhaust time,hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The patients with Hepatic Alveor Echinococcosis using Enhanced recovery after surgery for patients with postoperative rehabilitation,patients can reduce stress,speed up the bed after surgery time,feeding time,anus exhaust time and reduce the hospitalization days,hospitalization costs,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
