Research On Countermeasures Of China’s Health Poverty Alleviation From The Perspective Of Marx’s Thought Of People’s Livelihood

In the new era,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has placed people’s health at a strategic position of priority in development,worked hard to ensure people’s health in an all-round and full-cycle manner,and promoted the transformation of China’s health services from "treating diseases as the center" to"people’s health as the center".Health is the basic right of human beings,the foundation of people’s happy life,an important symbol of national civilization and progress,and one of the symbols of social harmony.Health needs are closely related to people’s sense of gain,happiness and security.Therefore,how to improve the health level of farmers and how to avoid returning to poverty due to illness has become one of the important tasks in the "post-poverty alleviation era".Clearly put priority to the development of the fifth plenary session of the party’s 19 "three rural" areas,it is important to rural revitalization strategy of deployment,and implement the party’s country embodies the strategy of rejuvenating the 19th report,both consistency and development and innovation,and meet the demand of the people’s health is in the strategy of rejuvenating the country.As an important part of the construction of people’s livelihood,poverty alleviation through health care aims to ensure and improve people’s livelihood,ensure equal access to basic medical and health services for the poor in rural areas,break the vicious chain of poverty returning to poverty due to illness,and contribute to the comprehensive realization of the Healthy China strategy and the rural revitalization strategy.The essence of improving people’s livelihood is to meet people’s needs at different levels,among which material needs are the most basic needs.Life needs are the most basic living state of human beings,and it is human nature to meet needs.Only when people’s needs are met,can human society constantly bring forth the new and move forward.Through the analysis and research of Marx’s thoughts on people’s livelihood,this paper tries to provide theoretical support for the healthy poverty alleviation in China and provide more development ideas for the construction of people’s livelihood in the new era.In poor areas in our country medical security level,basic level medical institutions and health service capacity and poor health literacy,still faces many problems and challenges,we need to fully understand the connotation of Marx’s thoughts of the people’s livelihood essence,adhere to the people as the center,meet the demand of the survival of "individual in reality",attach importance to people’s free and comprehensive development;We should enhance the practicality of Marx’s thoughts on people’s livelihood,take the health of the whole people as the goal to make up for the shortcomings of people’s livelihood,effectively connect targeted poverty alleviation with rural revitalization,and provide a healthy labor force guarantee,so as to create a healthy development path with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
