In recent years,the Party and the government have paid more attention to the precise poverty alleviation works year by year.The public hospitals in China are mostly public welfare institutions,which play a role in safeguarding and promoting people’s health.It is very difficult to solve the problem of poverty alleviation for this part of the population.So the public hospital should give full play to the public welfare attributes,actively respond to the call of the Party and the government,implement the poverty alleviation policies,and concentrate on solving the problems of poverty caused by illness as well as returning to poverty by illness.And implement the policies of Party committees and governments at higher levels around the task of health poverty alleviation,and combine the characteristics of public hospitals organically,while fulfilling the task of poverty alleviation in a quality and quantity manner,to cope with the policies,make overall arrangements and make rational layout so as to realize the comprehensive and healthy development of hospitals.Which have great theoretical and practical significance for the implementation of the precise poverty alleviation policy,the improvement of people’s living standards and the realization of the goal of a well-off society in all-round.Taking A public hospital as the research object,this paper deeply analyzed the specific measures taken by A public hospital in the work of health poverty alleviation,including setting up technical associations,offering help to township health centers,training township doctors,giving away equipment and building basic service networks.Health support for agriculture,the establishment of health records for poor people free medical examination,subsidize waiving fees for specific groups,carrying out medical care and poverty alleviation projects,launching a series of health poverty alleviation activities.Free medical treatment for poor students,free physical examination for laid-off workers in cities,free physical examination for the elderly over 60 years old in CangZhou city,free surgery for children with congenital heart disease in rural areas,and special projects to benefit the people.Through the above measures of health poverty alleviation,A large number of high-quality medicalresources of A hospital are introduced into counties and villages,realizing the full coverage of all the towns(townships)in poverty-stricken counties and villages in CangZhou city.For poor families with difficult,acute and severe diseases,A hospital provides on-site treatment through free medical services,early intervention,radical cure of diseases or delay the onset process,so as to improve the quality of life of patients and improve the treatment ability of local medical staff.Regards these question,it requires A public hospital to further improve work practices and innovate health poverty alleviation measures.Finally,this paper in combination with the actual situation of A public hospital puts forward the relevant suggestions from three aspects:internal security,government function and service module.A public hospital’s achievements in health poverty alleviation are worthy of recognition,but there are still some problems.For example,there are barriers to the cooperation of relevant departments,leading to problems in data update and transfer of patients.The internal operation of the hospital was not smooth enough,and the work plan could not meet the current needs.This requires A public hospital to further improve its work practices and innovate health poverty alleviation measures.Finally,based on the actual situation of A public hospital,this paper puts forward relevant Suggestions from three aspects: internal guarantee of government function service module.Firstly,we need to understand the actual situation of health and poverty alleviation,Secondly,according to the changes in the hospital health poverty alleviation mechanism,Thirdly,strengthen cooperation with relevant departments to ensure accurate data update.At the same time,it will strengthen cooperation with the health poverty alleviation target areas,strengthen the hardware construction of health centers in poor areas,increase the training of rural doctors and village doctors,and smooth the green channel for medical treatment.
