Study On The Willingness Of Farmers In Harbin Jujuan Town To Participate In The New Rural Cooperative Medical Care

After the reform and opening,the national economy is scrambling to speed development,people’s living environment and quality of life have greatly improved,at the same time,the rural economy of our country in the production progress,mainly reflected in farmers’ income is increasing day by day,the quality of life significantly increased,with the development,to bring health and health care demand is rising.In 2002,the government officially announced the adoption of the new rural cooperative medical care system,and in 2004,the government began to pilot the system in the whole country.Harbin Juyuan town in 2006 after the formal implementation of the new rural cooperative medical care system,after decades of the cascade development,basically have a more mature system of medical treatment,medical and health level of villages and towns are also gradually improve,so the number of ginseng and proportion increasing year by year,but even developing,due to various reasons,there are still some farmers did not join don’t even want to join.Therefore,this paper set out to study the willingness of farmers in Juyuan Town to participate in the new rural cooperative medical care,hoping to have reference and promotion value for the healthy development of medical treatment in my hometown.In this topic,the historical process and development background of Chinese and foreign medical development were firstly discussed.Meanwhile,the relevant research data in this field were summarized,and the concepts of cooperative medical insurance and new rural cooperative medical care were specifically defined.And from the social security concepts such as equity theory,public goods theory discusses the theoretical basis of the subject,secondly by using questionnaire survey and field interviews and other ways to understand Juyuan town,the farmer’s expectations and the actual idea,using the single factor analysis,chi-square variable screening,adopts the method of binary Logistic model to determine the influence factors of completed further research.Results show that the town of Juyuan new farming and management service agencies involved management cost is high,the personnel quality is low wait for a phenomenon,the new type of rural cooperative medical care fixed-point medical institutions also have professional talent scarcity and some problems such as nonstandard daily operation behavior,and farmers health consciousness,legal consciousness itself,also is the main reason that influence the service enthusiasm,for evaluation of farmers ginseng protect enthusiasm and ginseng are direct effects and indirect effects.Based on the above phenomena and problems,this paper finally puts forward some reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for the healthy development and sustainable development of the new rural cooperative medical system in Juyuan Town.First,strengthen the concept of system and improve the service ability of the township medical institutions;Second,tap the potential of the guarantee and moderately strengthen the underwriting strength of the new rural cooperative medical care system.Third,innovate policy publicity to enhance the recognition of new policies;Fourthly,integrate the system to connect,and actively guide farmers to participate.
