| Objective: To explore the comparison between short peptide enteral nutrition and intact enteral nutrition in improving nutritional status and gastrointestinal reactions in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods: A total of 40 patients with AP who were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to June 2019 were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.After admission,patients in the two groups were given basic treatments such as ECG monitoring,fasting water,gastrointestinal decompression,acid suppression,enzyme inhibition,anti-infection,and electrolyte balance maintenance in the gastric tube.AP patients in the observation group were given short peptide enteral Nutritional preparations,control group AP patients were given whole protein enteral nutritional preparations,and a nasal-jejunal nutrition tube was placed under the flexor ligament 10-15 cm under guide wire guidance.Enteral nutrition was given within 48 hours of admission.After treatment,the nutritional indicators of serum albumin(albumin,ALB)and serum prealbumin(PAB)were compared between the two groups on days 3,7,and 10.And arm muscle circumference(AMC)and triceps skin-fold thickness(TSF)before treatment and 7 days and 10 days after treatment,as well as recording nausea and vomiting recovery time,bowel sound recovery time and Exhaust defecation recovery time.Results: The gender,age,body mass index,triglyceride(TG),Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation(APACHE-II),and modified CT of the two groups of patients at the time of hospitalization were severe.Compared with the index of CT severity idesx(MCTSI),the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of ALB,PAB,AMC,and TSF between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).The nutritional indexes of the two groups of patients were improved to varying degrees after treatment,but the observation group was improved on the 3rd,3rd day after treatment.The nutritional indexes of 7 days and 10 days were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The AMC and TSF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 7 days and 10 days of treatment(P<0.05).The nausea and vomiting in the observation group recovered.The time,recovery time of bowel sounds and recovery time of exhaustion and defecation were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Short peptide enteral nutrition preparations are more effective than integrin enteral nutrition preparations in improving the nutritional status of patients and reducing gastrointestinal reactions. |
