| Rural family doctor contract service is a basic and key system indispensable for deepening the reform of the medical and health system in China.This article takes the performance evaluation system of contracted service of rural family doctors in Heshan City as the research object,understands the current status of the current performance evaluation system by consulting data and field surveys,and analyzes the main problems existing in the current performance evaluation system,including performance evaluation.The indicators are not set scientifically,the performance evaluation and incentive mechanism is not perfect,the evaluation lacks an effective feedback mechanism,and the evaluation and payment mechanism for contracted service funds is not perfect.Based on this,comprehensively applying relevant performance evaluation theories and methods,an optimization plan for the performance evaluation system of rural family doctor contracted services in Heshan City is proposed,including setting scientific and reasonable performance evaluation indicators,improving performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms,and improving performance evaluation communication and The feedback mechanism and the grading assessment and payment mechanism for optimizing the contracted service funds are recommended to take full advantage of the incentive and restraint effect on family doctors,and to a certain extent provide a reference for improving the quality and effectiveness of rural family doctor contracting services in Heshan City. |
