Intervention Of Social Work In Prevention Of Pneumoconiosis

Our country’s occupational disease prevention and control work is attached great importance by the party and the government.Most cities actively carry out the occupational disease prevention and control work under the implementation of the "occupational disease prevention and control law",and have achieved remarkable results.However,there are still some areas where laws are not obeyed.Some local governments do not pay enough attention to the environmental protection supervision of enterprises and the prevention and control of occupational diseases.Pneumoconiosis,as a major disease of occupational disease,its prevention and treatment situation is increasingly severe.A variety of professional social work institutions have gradually involved in the group of pneumoconiosis patients to build a new social support network for them.However,the current intervention scope is small,which is difficult to meet the urgent needs of large groups.We should not only base ourselves on the present situation,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of pneumoconiosis patients,assist them in their treatment,but also base ourselves on a new perspective,actively promote the systematic prevention and control of occupational diseases,and use the perspective and methods of social work to enhance the awareness of occupational disease prevention of the bottom workers.The author through literature research,field research,participatory interviews and other research methods,in-depth understanding of the cement plant community workers.Through the questionnaire survey,we can understand their cognition of pneumoconiosis and other occupational diseases;understand their basic situation and their demands for prevention of pneumoconiosis;through the questionnaire,we can learn that the community has a larger demand for prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis.After fully understanding the main problems and demands of the community,we can use the ecosystem theory to carry out analysis and design,and use the theory of community work And methods,we carried out community propaganda meeting with the theme of "dust clearing action";recruited team members,carried out group activities with the purpose of enhancing the prevention and control ability of workers’ pneumoconiosis,publicized the prevention and control knowledge of pneumoconiosis,combined with enterprises to optimize the working environment of the plant area,and created a good working ecological environment for potential pneumoconiosis patients.And continue to summarize practical experience for the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis to provide social work perspective of evaluation and suggestions.Through the method of social work,the author plays a link role between the policy and practice of prevention and control of pneumoconiosis,and actively promotes the prevention and control of pneumoconiosis,and has achieved some results.In the evaluation of community activities and group activities,they all performed well.It can effectively improve the staff’s awareness of prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis,and prevent and treat pneumoconiosis at the "source" end.The conclusion of this paper is that it is feasible to intervene in the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis by means of social work,and it also proves that community activities and group activities can improve the prevention and treatment ability of workers.And through the ecosystem theory to analyze the needs and problems of service objects,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
