Research On Organization And Social Work Based On Solving The Problem Of Pneumoconiosis Migrant Workers Getting Out Of Trouble

Up to now,the development of social work specialty,with its own unique inclusiveness,has formed a variety of social work methods in various fields,which has played an indispensable role in solving the problems of difficult groups in society.Pneumoconiosis farmers work as one of the social difficult groups.Pneumoconiosis has its own characteristics.They often face the difficulties of medical expenditure,children’s education expenditure,employment and re-employment,awareness of rights protection and legal channels,and need the cooperation of all parties.Although social work has played a role in solving the problem of pneumoconiosis migrant workers extricating themselves from difficulties,the existing cases,groups and communities have played a role in basic social work.Practical methods can no longer fully meet their needs,and new methods need to be expanded.In the process of getting rid of the difficulties of pneumoconiosis migrant workers,we find that the relevant social organizations involved in the service also send a signal of help to social work,and also need to provide corresponding services to social work,so we need to build new social work methods to make up for the shortcomings.That is,organizing social work.On the basis of the service activities of social workers and their needs for social work methods in the process of extricating migrant workers from difficulties,this paper arranges the field research data and reflects on the service efficiency of social workers.Starting from the predicament of pneumoconiosis migrant workers in H town and the actual situation of extricating themselves from difficulties,we try to explore what is organizational social work,hoping to provide a new service idea for this field.The purpose,significance,literature,theory,method and plan of the whole research are expounded,and the research ideas and the research work to be prepared are clarified.This paper analyzes the social organization and service status of migrant workers with pneumoconiosis in town H,in which we advance the related concepts.Line explanation,and then H town migrant workers pneumoconiosis history,protection of rights and other socialorganizations to help the situation to sort out,for the next study to pave the way;This paper analyzes the organizational predicament and needs of pneumoconiosis migrant workers,and analyzes what help they need from the actual data they are trapped in,and what services social workers can provide to them.So that we can better design social work can make up for the shortcomings;In the process of sorting out the social work service methods,we should not only take into account the needs of pneumoconiosis migrant workers,but also understand the problems faced by social organizations and think about the existing problems of social organizations in an all-round way.;This paper focuses on the analysis of organizational service methods,here we integrate all the analysis of the article,and find that organizational service methods have content,strategy,path,service objectives,service level and service relationship.At the same time,we can use the social work method to solve the specific organizational service problems,and then analyze that the organizational social work should have the specific methods of assembly,organization,mobilization,training and public relations communication;Put forward their own reflection hope that pneumoconiosis migrant workers return to the social focus social organizations need social work services and can become a new method boldly put forward their own lack of research here.
