Objective:Retrospective analysis of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy(modified TESSYS technology)versus fenestration discectomy for lumbar disc herniation on clinical efficacy.summary of percutaneous intervertebral foramen technology advantages and disadvantages of the mirror, give the surgical treatment of lumbar disc prolapse clinical better guidelines. Methods:Case data selection between January 2015 and January 2015 affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM spinal orthopedic patients admitted the 40 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion as the research object,28 cases of male patients,12 cases were female patients.Randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(n = 20),the experimental group were treated by percutaneous intervertebral foramen mirror(modified TESSYS technology)treatment, control group adopts between vertebral plate window treatment, the extraction of nucleus pulposus record two group of patients, operation time, bleeding amount of blade size,;Follow-up survey after treatment in both groups after six months of January and VAS score,JOA score,ODI score, recording data adopt(?X±S)said.Application SPSS17.0 statistical software for data processing, the comparison between the group and comparison are made in the group t test method,as is no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),no statistical significance,P < 0.05,there are differences between the two groups have statistical significance,P < 0.01,significant difference was found in two groups have statistical significance.Results:(1)set of comparison: in the experimental group and control group in the preoperative and postoperative VAS score,JOA score and ODI scores were statistically significant(p < 0.01).(2)Comparison between groups: experimental group and control group in the preoperative and postoperative VAS score,JOA score,ODI score no statistical difference(p > 0.05);The experimental group and control group of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, length of incision, statistically significant(p < 0.05);The experimental group and control group the number of X-ray fluoroscopy statistically significant difference(p > 0.01).Conclusion:(1)the traditional open surgery and intervertebral foramen mirror technology in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with good clinical efficacy;(2)Intervertebral foramen mirror technology has simple operation, small trauma, less pain, rapid recovery, fewer complications, and impact on the quality of life after a lot of advantages such as smaller, but also have more X-ray fluoroscopy times, the shortcomings of the operating table patients pain;(3)the long-term curative effect of intervertebral foramen mirror needs further observation.
