Analysis Of Quality Of Life And Clinical Characteristics Of Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Infertility

Objective:This study compared the general clinical data,serological indicators,quality of life and anxiety of women with polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility,polycystic ovary syndrome without infertility and healthy women of childbearing age.To explore the clinical features of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility,and to provide an objective basis for the diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility.Method:Screening from January 2016 to December 2018,The First Hospital Affiliated to Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine scientific research and clinic in electronic information integration system of scientific research in clinical diagnosis of 915 cases of childbearing age-to PCOS patients,Patients were divided into PCOS with infertility group?329 cases?and PCOS without infertility group?586 cases?according to whether they were accompanied by infertility.screening at the same time to see a doctor in this hospital cure not ill center,110 cases of healthy women of childbearing age as control group,the clinical scientific research information system of standardized electronic scale.General clinical data of all target patients?height,weight,age,age at first menstruation,blood pressure,waist circumference,hip circumference,BMI,WHR?were collected by SPSS21statistical software.External signs?hirsute,acne,grease discharge,acanthosis nigripes?;Serological indicators?sex hormones,glucose and lipid metabolism,thyroid function and antibodies?;The types of TCM syndromes,distribution of TCM constitution,anxiety score and quality of life were statistically analyzed.Result:1.Compared with the control group,age,weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,WHR,diastolic blood pressure,hairy score,acne score and acanthosis nigripes score were significantly increased in the PCOS infertility group and the PCOS non-infertility group,P<0.05,with statistically significant differences.The incidence of obesity,centripetal obesity,hirsutism,acanthosis nigripes,acne and lipid discharge in PCOS infertility group and PCOS non-infertility group were all higher than that in healthy control group.Compared with PCOS infertility group,PCOS infertility group of menarche age,weight,BMI,WHR,systolic blood pressure,waist circumference,hip circumference,hairy grade,a grade,a skin,acne,obesity incidence,the incidence of overweight and centripetal obesity incidence,hairy rate,incidence of a skin,acne,excessive fat rate are increased.There was no significant difference in height between the groups.2.Compared with the control group,LH,LH/FSH,T,AND,DHEAS,and FAI were significantly increased in the PCOS infertility group and the PCOS non-infertility group,and FSH and SHBG were significantly decreased.Meanwhile,the PCOS infertility group The FSH,T and FAI were higher than the PCOS non-infertility group,DHEAS and SHBG were lower than the PCOS non-infertility group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Compared with the control group,FPG,FINS and homa-ir of PCOS infertility group and PCOS non-infertility group were significantly increased.TC,TG,LDL,APOA,APOB and LPA were significantly increased in PCOS infertility group and PCOS non-infertility group.Meanwhile,the FPG,FINS and homa-ir of PCOS infertility group were significantly higher than that of PCOS non-infertility group.TC,TG,LDL,APOB,APOB/APOA in PCOS infertility group were higher than that in PCOS non-infertility group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.4.Compared with the control group,TSH and TGAB of PCOS infertility group and PCOS non-infertility group were significantly increased,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.TPO-AB of PCOS infertility group was higher than that of PCOS non-infertility group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in FT₃ and FT₄ between the groups,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.5.Compared with the control group,PCOS infertility group and PCOS non-infertility group had lower scores of physical and mental dimensions than the control group,and the scores of anger and sadness were significantly different from those of the control group.Meanwhile,the seven-emotion dimension score of PCOS infertility group was lower than that of the control group.The crude score of anxiety,standard score of anxiety and incidence of anxiety were significantly increased in PCOS infertility group and PCOS non-infertility group.Meanwhile,the incidence of mild,moderate and severe anxiety in PCOS infertility group was higher than that in the control group.The incidence of severe anxiety in PCOS infertility group was significantly higher than that in PCOS non-infertility group.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.In addition,there was no significant difference in panic attack scores among the three groups,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.6.In the PCOS infertility group,the proportion of TCM constitution is the highest with qi deficiency?30.1%?,followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis.The syndrome types of TCM take the largest proportion of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation?35.9%?,and the syndrome distribution from high to low is kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness.The TCM constitution of patients in the PCOS non-infertility group was dominated by qi deficiency?27.0%?,followed by calmness?27.0%?and blood stasis?27.0%?.The syndrome types of TCM take the largest proportion of phlegm and blood stasis?34.5%?,The distribution of syndromes from high to low is in turn,phlegm and blood stasis,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,spleen deficiency and dampness.Conclusion:1.The incidence of centripetal obesity,hirsutism and acanthosis nigripes in PCOS infertility patients was significantly increased.2.PCOS infertility patients have severe abnormal metabolism of sex hormones represented by abnormal elevation of LH/FSH.3.Severe disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism exists in PCOS infertility patients.4.Patients with PCOS infertility have serious abnormal thyroid function.5.PCOS infertility has a serious impact on the quality of life of patients,and the incidence of anxiety is significantly increased.6.The TCM constitution of PCOS infertility patients is mainly qi deficiency?30.1%?,followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis.Kidney deficiency and liver depression?35.9%?accounted for the largest proportion of TCM syndromes.
