High-quality development is the main theme of China’s "14th Five-Year Plan" economic and social development,The high-quality development of enterprises requires high-quality talents and high-quality management.Because small and medium-sized enterprises are usually limited by capital,talent,technology,business,etc.factors,which seriously restrict the high-quality development of enterprises.Kunsheng is a small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise.The R&D team lacks talents and weak business capabilities.As a key R&D project for forestry informatization,the Forestry Resources Supervision Software Project of Kunsheng has basically completed the first phase of construction work and will start soon.The second stage of construction work,but due to the outstanding project quality management problems in the first stage,Kunsheng urgently needs to use the theory and method of quality management to solve the existing project quality management problems.The problems studied in this paper focus on the project quality management problems faced by the forestry resources supervision software project of Kunsheng.Based on the current status of project quality management,the problems of project quality management and the causes of problems are analyzed,and measures to optimize project quality management are discussed.The research mainly uses the relevant theories of quality management,causal analysis method,interview method,matrix diagram and other methods.The capability maturity model integration is studied,and the software quality management status quo of the project is analyzed and evaluated based on the project-related data and materials,and the process analysis is carried out from the perspectives of quality management planning,quality assurance,and quality control,to find out the existing problems in quality management.After inductive analysis of various problems,various causes of each problem are obtained,and a fishbone diagram is drawn according to the importance and priority of the causes,so as to find out the root cause of the problem.After finding the root cause,this paper designs a corresponding continuous optimization plan for each reason.The plan mainly includes the design goals and principles of the optimization plan,the quality target design,the quality management implementation and control process design,and the quality management continuous improvement design.At the same time,in order to further ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan,it formulated the steps for the implementation of the perfect optimization plan,defined the improvement goals,formulated the implementation plan,improved the quality management team,implemented quality control,and continuously carried out quality improvement management,provided organizational support,a series of safeguard measures,such as financial guarantee,training support,quality assurance,and risk response measures,escorted the implementation of the optimization plan. |
