| The forest management plan is the basis for the sustainable management of forest resources,and is also an important guiding document for the clear management objectives of business units and the scientific and effective management of forest resources.It is of great significance to carry out research on forest management programming and related issues.This study takes Shangwuzhuang Forest Farm in Huangzhong County of Qinghai Province as the research area.Based on the survey data of forest resources,the characteristics of forest resources in the study area are analyzed through on-site investigation,visits and discussion.The case study of the forest management plan analyzes the problems existing in the preparation of the forest management plan and proposes some countermeasures for the future development of the forest management plan.This study has the following conclusions:(1)Through actual investigation and analysis,the characteristics of forest resources in the study area are that the distribution of forest resources is particularly dispersed,which is not conducive to management;the tree species are single and the structure is irrational.The dominant species are mainly Qinghai spruce and white birch;the forest productivity is low,and there is forest land average.The accumulation per hectare is 77.12 m~3;the structure of arbor forest is unreasonable,and the middle-aged forest and young forest are nearly 90%;the shrub land has a large proportion,with a total area of 53.26%;the site quality is poor,and most of the forest resources are distributed.On the slopes and steep slopes,the sum of the two accounts for 77.51%of the total area.(2)Through the case study of the forest management plan for the preparation of the study area,it shows that the main problems in the process of the compilation are:the low priority of the leading cadres,the low quality of the forest management plan,and the relationship between the forestry authorities in the case of the management of the case.Uncoordinated,lack of security mechanisms,etc.(3)Through the analysis of the compilation process,the countermeasures for the preparation of forest management plan in this study area should be:scientific,standardized and institutionalized.Improve the accuracy and reliability of the program preparation,enhance the flexibility of the program,streamline the implementation procedures of the program,and strengthen the inspection and supervision of the implementation of the case.Give priority to the ecological benefits of forest resources in the planning,adopt appropriate management measures,improve the quality of forests,give full play to the ecological functions of landscape recreation,and create more ecological and social values.At the same time,part of Shangwuzhuang Forest Farm is Shangwu Zhuang National Forest Park,while ensuring its ecological benefits,should actively use the natural advantages of natural landscape resources such as forests and hydrology to fully exploit the tourism value,making tourism an important part of the forest farm. |
