| In order to explore the distribution characteristics of wild resources and suitable soil environment of the medicinal plant Acanthopanax senticosus in northern Shaanxi,this project selected Ziwuling National Nature Reserve in northern Shaanxi as the research sample,and measured the wild resources in the natural environment.The contents of three kinds of chemical active components in the rare medicinal plant A.senticosus,the physicochemical factors of suitable soil in the rhizosphere,the analysis of three kinds of soil enzyme activities in the rhizosphere of A.senticosus,and the research on the production of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi.The differences in the ecological distribution of glomalin and the ecological distribution level of spore density,the results showed that:(1)There are significant differences in the content of chemical active components in different parts of A.senticosus in Ziwuling Reserve.The content of syringin is about 0.0001%~0.0018%,of which the highest content of stems is0.0018%;the content of polysaccharides is about 3.43%~7.53%,of which stems The highest dry content is 7.53%;the flavonoid content is about 0.45%~5.12%,and the highest content of young leaves is 5.12%.The content of polysaccharide,the active ingredient of A.senticosus in Ziwuling Reserve,was at a higher level,the content of flavonoids was at a medium level,and the content of syringin was at a lower level.In this area,the stems,branches and leaves of A.senticosus have medicinal value,which can be introduced and cultivated,and have high utilization value.(2)The soil nutrient content in the rhizosphere of A.senticosus in Ziwuling Nature Reserve varies with the deepening of the soil layer.The rhizosphere soil has a high organic matter content,is rich in potassium,low in nitrogen and low in phosphorus,and has a weakly alkaline p H.The average content of organic matter in the root circumference of A.senticosus in 0~30 cm soil layer was 42.89 mg·g-1,the average content of available K was 128.91μg·g-1,the average content of available N was 55.81μg·g-1,and the average content of available P was 9.15μg·g-1.Among them,the content of organic matter in the 0~10 cm soil layer is 27.54~57.12 mg·g-1,the content of available K is 160.89μg·g-1 on average,which is at a relatively high distribution level;the content of available N is 62.73μg·g-1 on average,and the average content of P was 13.4μg·g-1,which was relatively low.(3)A.senticosus and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi formed a good symbiotic relationship in Ziwuling Reserve.The spore density and glomalin content of AM fungi in the rhizosphere were significantly different.The average spore density of AM fungi in the 0~30 cm soil layer was 15.69 g-1 dry soil,showing a relatively high distribution level;the content of total glomalin TG is 2.13~11.53 mg·g-1,and the content of easy-to-extract glomalin EEG is 1.71~4.25 mg·g-1,which is at a medium level.The AM fungal spore density and the maximum value of glomalin content both appeared in the surface layer of 0~10 cm soil,and then decreased with the deepening of the soil layer.The contents of total and easy-to-extract glomalin in the root perimeter of A.senticosus were extremely significantly or significantly positively correlated with soil organic matter,electrical conductivity and spore density,significantly positively correlated with soil available potassium,and significantly negatively correlated with p H.(4)The soil enzyme activity of A.senticosus root circumference in Ziwuling Reserve has obvious differences with the deepening of soil layer.The average urease activity in the soil layer 0~30 cm around the root circumference of A.senticosus was9.17 ug·g-1·h,the average activity of acid phosphatase is 364.36 Eu×10-3,and the average catalase activity was 10.5 m L·g-1·h.The soil enzyme activity of different soil layers reached the maximum value in the 0~10 cm soil layer and then decreased with the deepening of the soil layer.Correlation analysis showed that the contents of urease,acid phosphatase and catalase in the rhizosphere of A.senticosus were extremely significant or significantly positively correlated with soil organic matter,available nitrogen and available phosphorus;urease,catalase and soil available potassium were significantly correlated.Positive correlation;acid phosphatase is significantly negatively correlated with p H,because low soil phosphorus will affect the activity of soil acid phosphatase,therefore,the content of acid phosphatase in this area is higher,which is significantly higher than that in other areas;soil enzyme activity and AM fungi There was a certain correlation,and the contents of the three enzyme activities were significantly correlated with the soil fungal spore density. |
