In recent years,buckwheat,as a medicine and food homology crop,has been favored by the majority of consumers,and the consumption demand has surged.Through persistent market research,it is estimated that the global buckwheat market will reach 1.8 billion us dollars by 2027,and it is urgent to improve the yield of buckwheat.As an important link in the process of buckwheat harvest,the effect of cleaning will directly affect the yield and quality of buckwheat.This paper mainly from the exploration of structural improvement,analysis of the movement state of the cleaning chamber and analysis of the distribution of the cleaning chamber flow field of buckwheat from three aspects to improve the cleaning efficiency of buckwheat,including the following work:(1)Analyze the components of buckwheat exfoliates,including stem,buckwheat leaves,glume,buckwheat seeds,a small amount of crushed stone and plastic bags,among which crushed stone and stem have the greatest influence on the clearing efficiency.By measuring the geometric dimensions of buckwheat and calculating its average density,and the parameters such as collision recovery coefficient,static friction coefficient and rolling friction coefficient of buckwheat,the three-dimensional model of buckwheat grain was established.(2)3d solid modeling software was used to model the cleaning device and check the motion interference among the parts.The results showed that the parts had no motion interference and ran well.(3)Static and dynamic analysis was carried out on the main components of the pre-cleaning device of buckwheat by ANSYS Workbench,and the cloud diagram of its stress and strain and safety factor under the limit working condition was obtained,as well as the pattern diagram of the first four modes of its central axis under the limit working condition.The results show that the maximum stress on the central shaft is 3.8112 MPa,which occurs at the edge of both ends of the shaft.Its maximum stress is far less than its yield strength of 355 MPa,and its stiffness meets the requirements.In this design,the limit speed of the central axis is 1250r/min,far less than the limit speed of 8050r/min,so no resonance will occur.(4)Based on the gas-solid coupling theory,this study USES the FLUENT software to simulate and EDEM coupling,the Hertz-Mindlin contact calculation and the simulation model and Eulerian coupling model,the cleaning of indoor flow field numerical simulation and particle movement,coupling show that fan Angle,fan speed,amplitude and frequency of vibrating screen vibrating screen is more significant influence on the cleaning efficiency.(5)In determining the obliquity,fan fan,wind speed,amplitude and frequency of vibrating screen vibrating screen is significantly influenced on the cleaning efficiency,through the response surface method to analyze the factors,the analysis shows that the factors have different degrees of influence on the cleaning efficiency,which had the greatest influence on the cleaning efficiency fan Angle,the experimental data show that when the wind speed of 9 m/s,fan fan Angle of 20°,take 25 mm vibration amplitude of the vibrating screen,vibrating screen take 6 hz frequency,cleaning device cleaning efficiency is highest,the cleaning efficiency can reach 98.1%.
